Ping to #60.
Dean claimed that Scott Walker says Barack Obama was "born in Kenya." It took Hayes two attempts to break through Dean's blather, but eventually he was able to politely point out: "I should note, you mention the Kenya thing, he has not been asked that."
Well if he had . . . .
There are a number of affidavits from live witnesses in the various litigation files in which Barry is quoted as having made statements that he was born in Kenya to political gatherings and supporters in various early political campaigns.
Those statements are evidence. The rules vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction but they are either admissible as exceptions to the hearsay rule or they are outright admissible as statements against interest and evidence.
There is no other evidence proving where Barry was born. All of the so called birth record documents available are proven fraudulent.
The only evidence on the question is Barry's record of statements against interest which are thus Best Evidence on the issue.
So, at present at least, the proof is that he was born in Kenya under circumstances in which whatever the Natural Born Citizen requirement in Article II of the Constitution requires, he did not become a citizen of the United States at birth.
Because, if Stanley Ann Dunham was his mother as recited in Dreams, she would confer citizenship on him at birth only if she had resided in the United States for 5 years after her 14th Birthday which by definition was not possible since she was not 19 when he was born. Thus he would have flunked the Natural Born Citizen requirement whatever else it might mean because he was not a citizen at all when he was born.
Now I don't advocate that Governor Walker go around telling people Barry was born in Kenya but it is important as a lawyer's issue at this point that the best evidence is that he was in fact born in Mombasa Kenya at the Coast Provincial General Hospital.
Thanks, David.
