He's born in Kenya, when he wants to be born in Kenya. But he's not, when he doesn't want to be. Which makes him eligible.

Because ... "whatever".

Now that really doesn’t help us determine if he was eligible. If he was born in Kenya and his mother was born in the USA he was absolutely ineligible under the “natural born” requirement in our beloved constitution. One need not be just a child of a US citizen. A special provision in the constitution, Section 1 of Article Two of the United States Constitution sets forth the eligibility requirements for serving as president of the United States:
“ No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States. ” That requires that he be born on US soil or as amended by statute it’s protectorate military bases .
If obama was born in Kenya to a US citizen mother— he was absolutely ineligible to be president. But because no challenge was made prior to his swearing in ,it was waived and forever lost as an issue and is now moot. Where were the Karl Roves and the John McCains? -— sleeping.
