Several people have become interested in a quite controversial topic called "AGENDA 21." They have requested being on a ping list for this topic.
While I do not have time to do a thorough treatment of this subject, nor am I in any way an expert, I am willing at least for a time,to ping people as I run across articles which might pertain to this concern.
It might be good to start with an examination of just what it is or might be.
To kick this discussion and exploration off,I did a Google search (just for fun) on "Agenda 21." There were a number of YouTube clips and various blogger links which surfaced in answer to the query.
The bottom line of this Agenda appears to be the plot, plan, and preparation of some very evil people (ie the UN and others) to reduce the population so that the Power Elite can control the people more easily.

It’s very gratifying when more kosher, hard science based facts support my out-on-a-limb convictions &/or impressions.
People have a valid point—to a point—that I tend to go with—at least tentatively—some very tenuous to far out stuff.
However, they are wrong to assume that I believe any fool thing that comes along.
The vast majority of things I hold very loosely—even on a high shelf—waiting for God to confirm one way or another whether something is mostly true, totally true, mostly or totally false. Even stuff I’m pretty sure is likely to be mostly true—I still hold somewhat loosely waiting for more solid confirmation.
I may write with conviction and emotion about some things I BELIEVE WILL LIKELY prove out. But those convictions are born of tons of puzzle sifting and pondering and I know that’s at best a pile of inferences.
Nevertheless, I’m not a lobotomized slug sifting and pondering all those puzzle pieces. I’ve been at it a long time.
And, the march of Biblical prophecy ever more fulfilled in greater and greater detail; more and more completely is a great basic structure to hang such inferences on.
MOST—THE VAST MAJORITY of inferences are merely logical given the end points the Bible gives and ‘guessing, inferring backwards.’
Throw in on top of that ‘guessing backwards,’ some even quite tenuous but MULTI-SOURCED puzzle pieces . . . and the odds go up at least somewhat.
Of course one will make errors. Of course bias and assumptions play a hazardous part.
I think THOSE FACTORS ARE MORE IN PLAY AND MORE HAZARDOUS on the other side of such conjectures. At least I have the very solid Biblical prophecies as a substrate.
All this, to me, is very elementary, simple, basic. It mystifies me how much angst, hostility and intense belief can reside on the illogical other side! LOL.
In this case, I know relatively little about geology. I’ve read a fair amount and my step-dad is somewhat of a self-taught geologist from the drilling mud industry. And, certainly the SouthWest is a great place to observe the results of dramatic geological forces.
And, I’d assumed that the middle of the USA was relatively solid. The whole New Madrid quake thing was news to me. I wasn’t originally aware of the history. I’d assumed the middle of the USA was boringly solid for eons, except for the erosion of the Mississippi.
However, I KNEW that the many DIVERSE authentic Christian sources of dreams about dramatic NEW MADRID results and a splitting of the USA down the middle were NOT very explainable as a result of too many spicey tacos the night before.
Throw in some other diverse sources saying essentially the same thing for the last 50 years or more . . . and the plot thickened.
I realize geologist Jack M Reed is NOT exactly saying the same things but he seems to be coming quite close to providing a scholarly explanation for why such things COULD well occur.
And that’s far more than some of the arrogant pontificators hereon could tolerate as being remotely possible in a million years a few short months ago.
imho, most humans are quite . . . proud . . . of their convictions and constructions on reality. Otherwise, they’d have different convictions and constructions on reality.
But when we allow such convictions to be rigidly affirmed mostly by smug personal arrogance . . . that’s a problem.
And if there’s NO significant capacity to think outside the box—that’s asking to be blind-sided by very brutal reality far more often than folks want to admit.
Solid research has demonstrated (George Kelly—Role Construct Theory) that those who’s construct systems are best at predicting events tend to be most successful in their work, their relationships, their lives.
And, further, that those who’s construct systems are most narrow and rigid are NOT very good at predicting events, consequences.
We all see through a glass darkly. Some of us realize it and make allowances accordingly.
Some don’t.

If it is as close and as strong as the utube speaker supposes ... except there are bunkers way underground and we were in it ..., forget about it. Probably couldn't get out. God will do amazing things. We are to get right with God, serve him with all our might, heart and soul and spirit. Trust him to do what he told us he would do. TRUST HIM!
The global socialists have made enough progress now that what was the proverbial tip of a mast over the horizon, spotted between waves, now has a hull, and it is now obviously on a collision course with our way of life.

At some point, when I had more than a negative balance in my confidence column, I began to purpose in my heart to
1. Do what I could wholeheartedly as unto The Lord
and
2. to never be lukewarm, if I could at all help it.
By HIS GRACE, He seems to have made some progress with me in those departments—=considering I used to be afraid of my own shadow.
First, it is a hypothesis at this point, not even a theory. Second, where is the surface expression of the tectonic activity if this is an active zone? Go to the triple point off the Horn of Africa - and you have active rifting, extensive earthquakes, volcanism, mountains. None of that is present in Mid-America. What I think it could be is a relic zone that still moves from time to time. There used to be an active subduction and mountain-building zone off the East Coast and that is inactive now - so zones do go from periods of activity to inactivity.
And note what the geologist said about sea water possibly reaching into middle North America:

Not in our lifetimes or anything remotely close. Plus, the Africa rift system is much further along in development and the sea has still not spread into Africa.
So no apology is coming. All you posted is some scientific speculation as to the nature of the geological activity in the Mississippi Valley, and nothing to buttress the idiotic claim of needed to be concerned about a disaster that could flood the Gulf to Chicago.
