Obama Born In The U.S. ? New Facts Say; “Probably Not!”

Let me be the first to admit that I have been a constant debunker of the “Obama Born Overseas” stories. How could it be possible? How could the DNC, Hillary, Edwards, the RNC, McCain, Romney, AP, BBC, ABC, FNC, etc, (and every 100th listing in the DC phone book) not have checked this out to its last level of possibility?

Well, it appears that they didn’t! Everyone assumed “the other guy did it.”

Forget for the moment all the clues left by the high-priced Obama and DNC legal teams. They are huge.

Obama and the DNC always argue “standing.” They could eliminate every legal challenge in 5 minutes by simply producing a certified copy of the original long-form birth certificate. Throw in the testimony of the Hawaii Registrar of Documents, a few retired FBI chief document examiners, and the doctor who delivered him for good measure.

If they did that in two or three courts of record, in light of the obvious media coverage it would receive, every other court nationwide would accept the precedence and the cases would all be over.

But they don’t. They keep telling the courts, “please don’t hear this case.” No proof of any kind. Just the legalese argument that the plaintiffs have no standing before that court.

That’s so overreaching, it’s like buying a refinery to get a 3000 mile oil change! And one day, some court is going to say…. “Show me the money, er,. ah, I mean, Show me the documents!”

But there is a second, and perhaps new point!

Where is that doctor who delivered him, or the midwife?

Stop and think. The delivery of a half Negro – half Caucasian baby was rare anyhere in 1961. Oriental babies were common in Hawaii of course, but a half Negro-half Caucasian baby with the funny name of Barrack Obama, in Hawaii? In 1961?

Even of you were a Republican, if you delivered a future President of the United States, wouldn’t you call some newspaper somewhere with your story. Or if you were the assistant obstetrician, or the anesthesiologist, or the scrub nurse?

What about the circulating nurse, or the pediatrician, one of a dozen nurses on the 24 hour-a-day shifts in the nursery, one of many nurses on the ward where Mrs. Obama would have stayed for three days, a records registrar, a technician of any kind, hell, even the janitor!

What about the clerks, ambulance drivers….. somebody ?!?!?!

Anybody ?!?!?!

Wouldn’t someone have been yelling their “credit” for this from the rooftops???? The date when he was born is (supposedly) known. Certainly all these (supposed) people would know where they were working then!

Where is somebody, anybody, who was there or even remembers the birth?

Sherlock Holmes once solved a case by noticing the dog that DID NOT bark.

Is this the same situation?

Just one of Bro’s problem, as Axelrod is well aware, is that he held dual citizenship. Foreign govt’s are willing and able to chip away at our Constitution’s credibility. Let a man skate around eligibility requirements and the whole document is a farce in their eyes. Does the mainstream media not read foreign media? Most foreign states our corrupt, but they love to point out USA hypocrisy of Obama’s illegal tenure.

More like when you continue to see the eligibility issue in foreign press and constantly on foreign message boards and blogs then get excited. Time to get excited.

"But it's not a copy of anything. It's an image of an abstract."  You've got it.  That image is what started all this hullaballoo and it's not evidence of anything other than someone is a lousy manipulator with Photoshop.  This image is something that couldn't make it into court.  It's a false document and simply isn't allowed.  Below is a copy of my passport:

By this time tomorrow there will be a conspiracy theory knitting itself into reality that Jimmy Carter is a Freeper. Or that HawaiianGecko was really born in Georgia. I'm not sure which. :-)

I'll give you a response. First, I am guessing that by “clues” the poster may have simply meant the fact that he is fighting these suits - just a guess. But the poster does say “high-priced” and you want an answer regarding “huge” amounts of money spent, so: common sense tells us he has spent alot defending these suits.

How many lawsuits are there? 20 or so? The attorneys have to file answers and motions and briefs; they fly around the country, appear by phone, write letters and memos, have client conferences, maybe hire local counsel, research, argue motions, etc. This is done at the both the lower and the appellate court levels. The legal fees would add up pretty quick, and I'm sure his attorneys “big firm” and not shy about billing; and he's got the money to pay them. I guarantee you that the attorneys are not charging $100/hour - probably $300/hr - maybe more. It may not be the $700,000 or million or even $500,000 that some people are saying, but I'll bet its $100k minimum and probably closer to $200k-$300k, and it could easily be more. But even $50k is not chump change, especially when you consider that it would cost him almost nothing to produce the “long form”.

Frankly, spending any amount on legal fees is “huge” when you could pay $10 to produce a document and be done with it; however, no amount is large enough if you are trying to hide something like this.

Everyone assumed “the other guy did it.”

Bullsh*t. They didn’t want to know, since they were CERTAIN he could walk on water and feed the masses with four fish and a couple loaves of bread.

I disagree. Most people (at least responsible people - maybe that assumes too much of an attorney/POTUS) keep important docs like these in “safe” places, such as a safe, safety deposit box, file, particular desk drawer, or whatever.

You are kind of assuming that everyone is as settled and organized as you.

Obama was not an attorney in 1986. He was just a student. Since then he has traveled between Hawaii, various addresses in New York, Boston, various addresses in Chicago, etc. He obviously didn't carry a safe or a desk around with him during all these moves.

Speaking for myself, like Obama I grew up far away from where I now live and have moved many times. I found my BC in the home where I grew up and just left it there because that was a safe place until my parents died. I'd like to have it but it's probably in storage, so it would take a lot of effort to locate it and it is very easy to order a new one.

With Obama there are several possibilities:

1. When he found the BC he kept it and took it with him to all those addresses and amazingly he still has it.

2. When he found the BC he kept it and took it with him to all those addresses now he is not sure what became of it.

3. He found the BC while visiting his mother or grandmother and left it for safekeeping with them. After the death of his mother it ended up with his grandmother or maybe it is among his mother's papers that are perhaps held by his sister. Since his grandmother was a banker, maybe she put it in a safe deposit and it's still there until her estate is settled.

4. Etc., etc.

In any case he should still get a vault copy from the Hawaiian DOH. His avoidance of this is very odd.

There was a thread on here a couple of weeks ago with an interview of one of his teachers who recalled talking to the doctor that either personally delivered Obama or was present or something when he was born. The doctor, unfortunately has passed.

Her nearly verbatim recollection of the conversation she had with the doctor 48 years ago seemed fishy to me. The whole article smelled, imo.

The doctor she claimed by name, actually retired 6 years before Obama was born it turned out.

A liar given front page coverage, while the grandma who has twice said she was there at his birth in Kenya is hushed up and hit with a gag order.

Ah, another night owl (at least it is night here - time for bed for me). Anyway, I realize that it is not “fact” that he has the “1986” BC and that I make some assumptions, but they are very reasonable ones to make.

I did follow up the post with a quick post to state that he was “an aspiring attorney/POTUS” - not there yet, but at any rate not some schlep without a clue - frankly I would expect that most who rise to such high positions are pretty detailed and organized. (would be an interesting study for geeks like me)

Also, don't get hung up on the “safe”, “desk” issue, the point being that people typically keep important documents in a specific spot/receptacle that they know of and can access. I know of very few (if any) who don't - it is typical human behavior - even you know where your original BC is (although not so easy to access).

As for being settled, you are assuming I am. In 12 years I lived in 6 different cities and 7 different residences in the Midwest and East Coast. Changed schools as well. (My cert also resided at my parents for a short time after I left home.) Organized? I try to be but at any rate I've always known where my 1-2 files of “important docs” were. I don't see it as “amazing” that one would still have their BC after moving around.

As for Obama and what he did with the “1986” BC: as I said, maybe he lost it. However, 1) it is an important document for anyone to have and keep tabs on; 2) for him, it was important enough to mention in his book (even though he could have just gotten a copy from the State - kind of an odd thing to say if you think about it, unless the one he found was different from one he may have had or seen - he did go abroad in 1981, and he also likely needed one for Bar admission later but before he wrote the book...); 3) it was even more significant for him than most because of his father and identity issues - again, enough that he mentioned it in his book. Therefore, I find it hard to believe that he would have misplaced it (although he certainly could have).

It could definitely be with grandma's estate or in box or storage in Hawaii- but there again, it raises the question of: why not just go and get it from there, rather than go to the State? Both in Hawaii. In fact, if it was sitting in a safety deposit box or box/file at grandmas and he is now a grown man with a family, and she is getting old, and people are asking for it, and given the personal significance to him, why not go get it and produce it and then he'd have it - it would seem just as easy as going to the State.

In the end, who knows but him? But it is a reasonable avenue of questioning. Time for bed. Goodnight.

But the point that I feel gives credibility to Obama NOT being born in Hawaii is that there is NO record of HIS MOTHER being in any hospital there in or around the time that he was supposedly delivered/born

Source?

I recently had to try to verify some information about a patient (my patient, no HIPAA issues) regarding something that happened in my hospital in 1958. The fact is, there are no records from 1958. Hospitals in Hawaii are required to maintain records for no more than 25 years (i.e., 1984).

I've seen this "no hospital has a record" many times, but I've never seen it properly sourced and I've never seen it said that hospital X has complete records from 1961 AND there's no record of Stanley in that complete record set.

Unless that happens, I think this is in the "Americans were forbidden to travel to Pakistan in 1981" category - made up out of whole cloth.

The Obamanoids sure like insulting our intelligence, don’t they? Fake documents posted on the internet, apochryphal stories quoting dead obstetricians, and twisted interpretations of the natural born concept is about all they’ve got.

The more sleazy appointments the Usurper tries to make and the more wasteful spending bills he sends to congress, the more traction the eligibility issue will get. Barry’s honeymoon is over.

Yep. Take Frank Marshall Davis and his white wife, for instance. “Uncle Frank” loved it there. So much tolerance and so many like-minded commies!

I know that but making the paper trail (subpoena) is important. That is creating evidence to support a assertion.

I’ve argued for a while that some of our eligibility trolls could have citizenship issues of their own, or in their families. Probably some pubbie politicians have similar situations. McCain certainly did, having been born in Colon Panama.

Looks like they’re bringing up the reserves. The “usual suspects” have so thoroughly exhausted their BS arguments and have been batted around so badly by constitutionalists that the DU crowd feels it necessary to foist some “new talent” on us.
