Jay McKinnon, a self-described Department of Homeland Security-trained document specialist, has implicated himself in the production of fraudulent Hawaii birth certificate images similar to the one endorsed as genuine by the Barack Obama campaign, and appearing on the same blog entry where the supposedly authentic document appears.
The evidence of forgery and manipulation of images of official documents, triggered by Israel Insider's revelation of the collection of Hawaii birth certificate images on the Photobucket site and the detective work of independent investigative journalists and imaging professionals in the three weeks since the publication of the images, implicate the Daily Kos, an extreme left blog site, and the Obama campaign, in misleading the public with official-looking but manipulated document images of doubtful provenance.
The perceived unreliability of the image has provoked petitions and widespread demands for Obama to submit for objective inspection the paper versions of the "birth certificate" he claimed in his book Dreams from My Father was in his possession, as well as the paper version of the Certificate of Live Birth for which the image on the Daily Kos and the Obama "Fight the Smears" website was supposedly generated.
Without a valid birth certificate, Obama cannot prove he fulfills the "natural born citizen" requirement of the Constitution, throwing into doubt his eligibility to run for President.
McKinnon, who says he is 25-30 years old, operates a website called OpenDNA.com and uses the OpenDNA screen name on various web sites and blogs, including his comments and diary on The Daily Kos. In recent years he has divided his time between Long Beach, California and Vancouver, British Columbia. He is a Democratic political activist, frequent contributor to the left wing Daily Kos blog, and a fervent Barack Obama supporter.

From the few pictures I’ve seen, I didn’t think Stanley Dunham (father) was dark. I would have also said the Ann had brown hair.

In it, she fixes the meeting on Mercer Island as August, 1961, before Stanley Ann has learned to change diapers. One of the few firm date fixes we have in the birth period.
Hopefully someone has achieved the posting.

Ann Dunham was definitely very dark, almost black-haired.
There are quite a few stories about Keith Kakugawa but the most damning one was the story at the Chicago Trib where approximately 40 friends discounted his Jr’s version of events. Naturally that story is now not available!
Remember our musing about the comments regarding Bobby Titcomb earlier in this thread and wondering what all the mystery was? Saturday I went to the comments section for the NY Slimes and reading through I stumbled on a curious comment that Jr’s dealer’s name was “Bob”.
Today with Andy Martin stirring up things in Hawaii I went to read any articles at “The Honolulu Advertiser” and “The Star-Bulletin”. The article from “The Honolulu Advertiser” had already been linked on FR so I strolled on over to “The Star-Bulletin”. Their editorial requested that people vote for Obama (no big surprise there) but reading through the comments I found this one:

It wasn’t just high school experimentation either.
Just go to Hawai`i Judiciary or Criminal Justice center and look up “Robert Titcomb” or google “Judge Titicomb” and see how his powerful and connected father kept the lid on his exploits.’

Quentin Kawananakoa was arrested on cocaine charges back in 1988. He graduated Punahou School in the same class as Barack Obama. Odd thing is, some nice judge made those charges go away. Bob Titcomb was in school with them too.

Bobby Titcomb was Class of ‘80, Jr and Quentin were Class of ‘79. Remember the story about Jr and Bobby disappearing for days at a time? Any bets of what they were doing?Timeline mentioned in that comment is 1977 to 1990’s. Wonder if any of it made the papers because I couldn’t find a thing googling this afternoon!

That isn’t the original story unfortunately. The original story was about interviewing over 40 aquaintances of Obama and how he embellished his story. Thanks for the link though! I did find part of what Keith said:

Kakugawa was fresh out of jail for a parole violation, and he admitted to asking Obama’s campaign for money. He told the Tribune, “Listen, I’m homeless…I ask everyone I know for money.”
The Martin case before the Hawaii court is a side threat. But even it is a practical threat Obama needs to address.
The problem with the Berg case is that Berg waited too long to join the real parties (the Secretary of State and the Obama electors); thus the judge can't enter orders until the time to answer has passed. I don't know when that happens--I believe it is likely to be twenty or thirty days after the filing date; and then there will be a hearing.
But what has happened is enough court appearance time with the Judge so that counsel has been made aware that the judge is going to address the issue directly--if Obama has not produced evidence he is eligible, the judge is going to order the Secretary of State to strike him from the ballot and further order the electors not to vote for him.
If I were Obama and thought that would happen the day before the election, I would ignore it on the theory that I was going to win without Pennsylvania. But even a week before the election, it is a problem.
If he is out in Pennsylvania, other states will be forced to look at the legal question. There will be emergency legal proceedings that will get out of control. At best, Obama can't predict what would ultimately happen.
One of the consequences of having permitted the issue to drag out to the end is that there probably isn't time to have an appeal to the Supreme Court, even on an emergency basis. The objective of an appeal would be to kick the case out on procedural grounds (lack of standing; lack of a case or controversy because Obama might lose the election; lack of proper parties etc.) without having to produce evidence he is qualified under Article II, Sec. 1 and without having an order kicking him off the ballot in Pennsylvania.
That's why he is going to Hawaii. And he needs to gear up local counsel to respond to Martin's action before the Hawaii Supreme Court.
I had assumed that on his earlier vacation in Hawaii, he had dealt with the question of what could be done with the Department of Health files--I assume that is how he got the birth certificate number.
Perhaps not. Or perhaps what was learned is that there is something in the Hawaii birth files that proves he was born in Kenya.
Is it possible that he, with the cooperation of the Hawaii Department of Health officials, can make the original vault file disappear? It's probably not in his interest to do that because that is his only evidence he was born somewhere in the US--it's his only answer to the paper record showing he was born in Coast Hospital in Kenya.
There is still another Grandmother in Hawaii issue. She in fact knows where Obama was born. Although it is possible to detect some tension in the relationship, she has obviously committed that she won't blow the whistle. And it is doubtful that she can do anything to support his position that he was born in Hawaii--fake affidavits from 1961 or whatever.
But, she knows. And it has already occurred to counsel that deposing her would furnish significant information. Berg has that in his papers and a Federal District Court has national jurisdiction--so I believe all Berg needs to do is enter an order and take it to Honolulu for enforcement.

David, from reading your response, I’m under the impression you think this was just filed. Maybe I read you wrong? But this is 30 days out. The Obama team and DNC didn’t respond. The default admissions were filed today.
