Jay McKinnon, a self-described Department of Homeland Security-trained document specialist, has implicated himself in the production of fraudulent Hawaii birth certificate images similar to the one endorsed as genuine by the Barack Obama campaign, and appearing on the same blog entry where the supposedly authentic document appears.
The evidence of forgery and manipulation of images of official documents, triggered by Israel Insider's revelation of the collection of Hawaii birth certificate images on the Photobucket site and the detective work of independent investigative journalists and imaging professionals in the three weeks since the publication of the images, implicate the Daily Kos, an extreme left blog site, and the Obama campaign, in misleading the public with official-looking but manipulated document images of doubtful provenance.
The perceived unreliability of the image has provoked petitions and widespread demands for Obama to submit for objective inspection the paper versions of the "birth certificate" he claimed in his book Dreams from My Father was in his possession, as well as the paper version of the Certificate of Live Birth for which the image on the Daily Kos and the Obama "Fight the Smears" website was supposedly generated.
Without a valid birth certificate, Obama cannot prove he fulfills the "natural born citizen" requirement of the Constitution, throwing into doubt his eligibility to run for President.
McKinnon, who says he is 25-30 years old, operates a website called OpenDNA.com and uses the OpenDNA screen name on various web sites and blogs, including his comments and diary on The Daily Kos. In recent years he has divided his time between Long Beach, California and Vancouver, British Columbia. He is a Democratic political activist, frequent contributor to the left wing Daily Kos blog, and a fervent Barack Obama supporter.

Barack Obama has constructed himself. He is a smart, engaging, and complex man. That’s how and why he’s gotten as far as he did. The constructed Obama is the man in “Dreams of My Father” and as such, the mystery is right there IN PLAIN SIGHT. it’s there in plain sight in what Barack Obama did in going to Trinity UCC and calling Rev Jeremiah Wright a “mentor” (his substitute “Father”).
Barack Obama adopted Black Liberation Theology and Rev Wright as his own way of getting to his “roots”.

The answer is in plain sight. Obama was born in Honolulu to an 18-year-old enamored of a black exchange student, who apparently had another wife back home. Once Obama Sr was done with studies, he decamped and left Mom and baby in Hawaii. That’s a shameful and awkward enough set of circumstances, and you cant just ask “mom, why did Dad leave you?” The idea that Obama Sr would take his ‘wife’ to Kenya is ludicrous. It never happened, and certainly not when Barack obama was about to be born.
We keep looking form some hidden bombshell when the real bombshell, that a man wholly unqualified to be President is the nominee, is the real story.
Actually this has been considered to be left to the interpretation of the Supreme Court and this is what I fear most, based on their latest leftist decisions (minus the guns). It all comes down to the current law in calculating the nexus which has a more elusive and quixotic nature in the case of a child born abroad.
Frankly I'm to busy thinking to be bothered with remembering who doesn't want me to post to them.
We once had this puke who'd tell people not to post to him and then file nuisance lawsuits when they did, but more often would simply contact their ISP and complain.

Why is the thesis “irresponsible”? Seems to me it’s just another topic of interest to be discussed at length. Surprising how messy this guy’s “official life” has gotten over the years. It’s like he didn’t have any “responsible” adults in his life taking care of things for him, and, lo and behold, that does seem to be the case.

So why the h*ll would Ann Dunham shack up with Obama Sr in late 1960 at Univ of Hawaii, get pregnant during her studies at Univ. of Hawaii where he is an exchange student, get married to him in spring of 1961 in same place, have him continue studies until 1962 at Univ. of hawaii, but right in the middle of this ... when she is near FULL TERM ... would she flee this oh so desirable place, the USA, just to have her kid in a 3rd world hellhole?
That makes NOT A LICK OF SENSE.

Further, you have not answered the basic challenge posed: HIS PASSPORT HAS HIS CITIZENSHIP AND PLACE OF BIRTH. WHAT DOES IT SAY ABOUT BOTH?

Sorry none of the proffers of a BHO BC extant so far meet even minimal requirements that the clerk at the school board needed from me as proof of my birth in order to fulfill the requirements of being the lowest of all teaching scum -- a substitute teacher. So how is it we citizens should accept a few lousy ho-res scans that were edited afterwards for the most powerful of all positions? Are we, citizens US of A, due any regard?

If all those documents (or copies thereof) were on file in Hawaii, with the information on them making up part of the data base accessed to produce a modern, up to date "certificate", you could easily get multiple certificates issued at different times responding to different requests for certification. They would all be legitimate and different.

By the mid 1800s people in the US did indulge in more formal marriages and church people were generally more literate and knew how to keep a record.
Bill Clinton used to make up a lot of imaginary stories. He told reporters once that he stopped his motorcade to talk to a little boy who said, "I want to grow up to be just like you." It never happened. The limo never stopped. There was no little boy. Just a neurotic liberal Democrat with a need to make up stories to puff up his self-esteem and try to impress people. People like that need to be kept away from White House and the Oval Office.
Barack made up another story about his alleged father. He told this one about how his father had been brought to America as part of a special exchange program that President Kennedy had designed. It turned out Kennedy wasn't even president yet. It couldn't have happened. He has demonstrated a need to exaggerate and embellish his resume and background.
Then there was the adoptive "uncle" ( Rev. Wright), the spiritual mentor, who he "could no more disown than his own grandmother." OK, so then granny went under the bus. And a little while later Uncle Wright. There are a few screws loose here. Why send the therapy bills to the American people?
If he is circulating a fake birth certificate, all the more reason.
It should be fairly obvious that accusing someone who is dead and who is also not a candidate of breaking Federal law is somewhere between irresponsible and reprehensible. How would you like it if I called you or your mother a felon, just in order to fit my pet conspiracy theory? It's irresponsible indeed, especially when you have zero evidence for it, feeble and/or bizarre motive, and a set of circumstances about as likely as an alien abduction story.

Now, about questioning the motives and actions of the dead, they're dead Jim.
Candidates for office do NOT get "cleared" by the Secretary of State in the State. At least not in my state (PA).
A candidate merely signs in presence of witnesses and notary a document that says he/she meeets all the requirements of office. The Secretary of State accepts that affirmation and does not verify it at all.
To challenge a candidate one goes to a court of jurisdiction in the matter in your state and files a challenge. That is how McCain is being challenged right now.
