I'm pretty sure Clinton didn't come anywhere near 50%...in fact, I think one year he didn't even hit 40%. Clinton owes his chance to screw interns and play bigshot to another little man called Ross and PErot's hatred for GH Bush. Clinton was never to be President if not for the third party splitting the Republican vote. Period!
