The Pennsylvania Supreme Court on Monday rebuked Democratic-controlled elections boards that counted undated and misdated mail ballots, siding with Republicans and reiterating that such votes are invalid. Philadelphia, Montgomery and Bucks counties voted to count hundreds of such ballots in recent days despite previous rulings from the court that they cannot be included in this election. “It is critical to the rule of law that individual counties and municipalities and their elected and appointed officials, like any other parties, obey orders of this Court,” Justice David Wecht wrote, joined by Justice Sallie Updyke Mundy, in a terse concurring opinion. The...

The Republican National Committee sued Thursday after several counties decided to count ballots with incorrect dates.

The Washington Post's left-leaning editorial board published a scathing article about Pennsylvania Democrats who voted to count invalid ballots during the Senate race recount between Bob Casey (D-PA) and his Republican challenger, Dave McCormick. Titled “Democrats thumb their nose at the rule of law in Pennsylvania,” accused Casey and his Democrat allies of scheming the election integrity laws to count invalid provisional ballots that favored Casey. The mere attempt to defy judicial rulings is corrosive to democracy and invites similar behavior in future elections. Democrats would surely protest if a Republican commissioner made the same statement to justify tipping the...

Senator Mike Lee of Utah has an excellent idea to stop Democrat Bob Casey from stealing Pennsylvania’s Senate race. Despite losing to Republican David McCormick in an extremely tight race, and the race being called by multiple networks, Casey and his cronies are working behind the scenes to try and steal the seat in the way that Democrats specialize in. As the race heads to an automatic recount, Casey and Democratic operative Marc Elias are trying to ensure that illegal ballots are counted in order to try and claim victory. These efforts have been criticized by people across the political...

… Currently, Sen. Bob Casey (D-Pa.) is refusing to concede after losing on Election Day, and is indeed trying to steal the election. You don't have to take my word for it; even the liberal media sees it."Before the Nov. 5 election, Pennsylvania’s Supreme Court ruled that provisional ballots must be signed in two required places and that mail-in votes must be dated," the Washington Post editorial board wrote. "Yet elected Democratic officials in Philadelphia and three other counties — Bucks, Centre and Montgomery — voted this week to defy these and other court decisions at the request of lawyers...

As the contested Pennsylvania Senate race barrels towards a $1 million recount, Democratic officials in a few blue counties are openly admitting to counting disqualified ballots in defiance of state law and court orders. The Associated Press has called the race for Republican Sen.-elect Dave McCormick, who currently holds a 26,000 vote lead over incumbent Democratic Sen. Bob Casey. But Casey has refused to concede and insisted that every vote be counted. The close margin – within one percentage point – triggered an automatic recount under Pennsylvania law. Yet the critical question is which votes should be counted? The Pennsylvania...

Democrat Sen. John Fetterman (D-PA) said everything we are all thinking about his party— and he couldn’t be more right. Fetterman, a “blunt, says-what-he-means” guy described by NBC News, is different from the rest of the Democratic Party. He understands the Trump movement and why President-elect Donald Trump has such a massive following. He also stands out from the rest of his party members because even though he might not like Trump, Fetterman doesn’t spend his days thinking of ways to destroy his legacy. Instead, he has a message for his Democrat colleagues. Stop “freaking out” over everything Trump does,...

CNN anchor Dana Bash slammed an anti-Israel protester who confronted her at a synagogue this week. Bash was at the Main Line Reform Temple just outside of Philadelphia when a woman approached her, claiming to be a congregant, according to video of the incident posted to social media. The woman, later identified online as Liz, falsely accused Israel of “genocide” against the Palestinians and called Bash “a mouthpiece” for Israel.

Last month, a rock climber named Kelston was scaling the natural walls of Susquehanna Riverlands State Park in Pennsylvania when he eyed something strange — a pair of wings awkwardly poking out from under a boulder. Anxious to help the eagle trapped underneath, Kelston immediately contacted Pennsylvania’s Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR), who sent staff members to the base of the trail. DCNR rescuers knew they’d need a bird expert to ensure everything went smoothly, so they called Maryann, a capture transport wildlife volunteer, for backup. Surveying the feathers, Maryann realized the truth — there were two eagles,...

Before the Nov. 5 election, Pennsylvania’s Supreme Court ruled that provisional ballots must be signed in two required places and that mail-in votes must be dated. Yet elected Democratic officials in Philadelphia and three other counties — Bucks, Centre and Montgomery — voted this week to defy these and other court decisions at the request of lawyers for Democratic Sen. Bob Casey, who trails GOP challenger Dave McCormick by about 24,000 votes, with almost all of the roughly 7 million ballots cast having been counted. These Democrats’ decisions will almost certainly be overturned on appeal, but the mere attempt to...

The Pennsylvania senator spoke to NBC News about what went wrong for his party in 2024 and how it should approach the future Trump administration. In the closing weeks of the presidential campaign, Sen. John Fetterman did something different than other Democrats. He went on Joe Rogan’s podcast, a show Democrats had been urging Vice President Kamala Harris to do — and the kind of appearance Democrats feel their candidates need to get more comfortable making in the current media environment. But Fetterman, who built a blunt, says-what-he-means brand, said Democratic setbacks in 2024 had more to do with unpopular...

Bucks County Commissioners openly defied the Pennsylvania Supreme Court on Thursday by moving to count provisional ballots missing a signature as Democrats and Sen. Bob Casey (D-PA) challenge Senator-elect Dave McCormick’s (R-PA) election victory. Bucks County Board of Commissioners Chair Robert J. Harvie Jr. (D) and Vice Chair Diane Ellis-Marseglia (D) decided to count provisional ballots that were missing a signature in one of two places, which officials call “block two” and “block four.” The third commissioner, Gene DiGirolamo (R), was the lone dissenting voice to oppose the Democrats’ challenge to count the ballots.

The Chester County District Attorney's Office announced an update Friday in the death investigation of Ellen Greenberg. The district attorney's office said they are unable to move forward with criminal charges and are placing the investigation into an "inactive status." "The investigative team determined that, based on the current state of the evidence, we cannot prove beyond a reasonable doubt that a crime was committed," the DA's office said in a statement. Greenberg was 27 years old when she was found dead of more than 20 stab wounds inside her locked Manayunk apartment in 2011

Democrat commissioners in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, voted on Thursday to allow undated and misdated ballots to be counted as defeated Democratic Pennsylvania Sen. Bob Casey gears up for a recount in the race he lost to Republican Senator-elect Dave McCormick. Bucks County Commissioners Diane Ellis-Marseglia and Robert Harvie moved to allow for undated or misdated ballots to be counted in the crucial swing county, despite a Nov. 1 state supreme court ruling that undated or misdated ballots cannot be counted. The commissioners voted to do so as the Casey-McCormick Senate race heads to a recount, with McCormick leading by about...

Bucks County commissioners voted to count ballots lacking proper signatures, violating a Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruling earlier this year. The three-member board voted two to one to count these illegal ballots in the Senate race recount. “I think we all know that precedent by a court doesn't matter anymore in this country, and people violate laws anytime they want,” Diane Marseglia said. “So for me, if I violate this law, it's because I want a court to pay attention to it.” Board chairman Robert Harviie, Jr., joined Marseglia in voting to accept the ballots that voters signed in one section...

Admitting to breaking the law just before Donald Trump takes over the Department of Justice is a choice, and it was one made by two Pennsylvania election officials in Bucks County, PA. In a shocking video, Democrat Commissioner Diane Marseglia can heard proclaiming that she's going to purposefully ignore multiple court rulings to count illegal votes. At the center of this is a contentious Senate race in which Republican Dave McCormick defeated Democrat incumbent Sen. Bob Casey. Yet, Democrats in Pennsylvania continue to try to manufacture votes to flip the result. If you want to know what rigging an election...

🚨🚨🚨#BucksCounty Democrat Commissioners violate the rule of law and ignore PA Supreme Court ruling! Democrat Commissioners Diane Marseglia and Bob Harvie voted today to count illegal ballots, against PA Supreme Court ruling, in an attempt to aid former Senator Bob Casey. "...precedent by a court doesn't matter anymore in this country. And people violate laws anytime they want. For me if I violate this law, it's because I want a court to pay attention to it." - Diane Marseglia Thank you to Republican Commissioner Gene DiGirolamo for making a motion to uphold the law! ---SNIP---- In this instance, we have direct evidence that Democrats are playing games to rob McCormick. It’s being argued right now. They want ballots with no dates, no signatures, and from people who don’t live in the proper county or even the state to count. It’s the Democratic Party’s blueprint for every contested race. And now, Bucks County Democrats have voted to count those illegal ballots. Democrat Commissioners Diane Marseglia and Bob Harvie voted to defy the state's Supreme Court in this matter, where Marseglia pretty much says she didn't care what the courts say:
