The Georgia Court of Appeals has abruptly cancelled oral argument in the #FaniWillis Trump RICO disqualification appeal.
...
efforting to learn more as the the reason, but sources with direct knowledge of the appeal do not currently know the reason
It *might* mean the court is prepared to rule on the basis of the briefs that have been filed
If so, that likely means bad news for Willis
...
It is literally a one-sentence order issued with no further reasoning or comment.
...
I could be wrong but I don't think they would not have cancelled oral argument if they were planning to rule against the appellants (the defense)
I guess we should know soon, if the case is to be tossed.
Then on to New York.
BIG FAT FANI IS A BIG FAT LIAR!!
And that nobody responsible stepped in and called them bogus.
Which means their "laws" and their "governments" are bogus...
What it RALLY proves (imo) is there never WAS/WERE A case and the ONLY reason they were going forward is because they believed they’d be backed up by camel toe. . . . . but guess what ? . . . . yolks on them !
Yes, that would be pretty much the definition of โlawfare.โ
He is now president so irrelevant.
Fact.
Oops Trump won.
Holloway has been on top of this case from the beginning with very in-depth reporting and insights on the case.
If he thinks there is a decent chance they will rule on the merits and briefs, then he may be correct. The GA appeals court is pretty conservative and is not known for issuing “woke” opinions based on feelings. Of course, I was wrong about McAfee (and very disappointed).
We will see.
The judges in these big-city jurisdictions [Scott McAfee] are pretty much captives of the local Democrat Party machines.
I don’t know how it is now, but back in the 20th Century most Court of Appeals matters were decided on briefs.
Yes indeed. ๐๐
Fanny was dangling by a thread the last six mos. A one-sentence memo from the court, and Trump’s win, probably means the whole thing is gone.
One does wonder how this affects Mark Meadows and the other defendants.
Meadows and eight others are listed as part of the ruling.

efforting?
WTH is that?
yeh.....saw that...Wait and See...
labor saving and character sparing text: efforting = making efforts.
