Junior Casey = Gore loser.

… Currently, Sen. Bob Casey (D-Pa.) is refusing to concede after losing on Election Day, and is indeed trying to steal the election. You don't have to take my word for it; even the liberal media sees it.
"Before the Nov. 5 election, Pennsylvania’s Supreme Court ruled that provisional ballots must be signed in two required places and that mail-in votes must be dated," the Washington Post editorial board wrote. "Yet elected Democratic officials in Philadelphia and three other counties — Bucks, Centre and Montgomery — voted this week to defy these and other court decisions at the request of lawyers for Democratic Sen. Bob Casey, who trails GOP challenger Dave McCormick by about 24,000 votes, with almost all of the roughly 7 million ballots cast having been counted."
They recognize that these Democrats’ actions are likely to be overturned on appeal, and point out the very act of defying judicial rulings undermines democracy and sets a dangerous precedent for future elections.
The race has been called for McCormick by multiple outlets. The Associated Press called the race two days after the election, and Decision Desk HQ, waiting for more votes to be counted, acknowledged that Casey had no path to victory and called it last week. Casey has not only refused to concede, but has notorious election fixer Marc Elias doing everything he can to steal the election.
Last week in Bucks County, the commissioners board voted 2-1 to disregard the advice of its legal counsel and defy a Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruling on ballot counting. Democrat commissioners Robert Harvie Jr. and Diane Marseglia approved counting 124 improperly signed ballots despite knowing their actions violated the law. Their decision was a deliberate act of defiance.

The developing legal offense against the chicanery must be looking formidable.
The USSC once ruled that Fraud invalidates everything. In this case there is no question about fraud in the sense that the law was broken by counting illegal ballots. Casey should therefor lose by default regardless of what fraudulent results they cook up.

An act of “defiance.”
It’s an act of election tampering.
You guys are going overboard on this matter.
First of all Bucks County was slightly pro Trump and slightly more than that pro McCormick. Adding ballots in that county helps McCormick. It doesn’t hurt him.
Second, the law is badly written. The overarching requirement for PA ballots is they must be rec’d 8 PM Election Day evening.
It doesn’t really matter when they were mailed or dropboxed. They must arrive 8 PM.
The matter of it being “dated” means a handwritten date, and the law doesn’t say what date must be written there. It doesnt say date of signature. It doesn’t say date of mailing or dropboxing. It doesn’t say what date. Some people wrote July 4, 1776 to be patriotic. And it doesn’t matter because the 8 PM law is absolute.
These other items were the RNC building a case to appeal things, should Trump have lost. They were never going to win these appeals. The court ruling the Bucks people said they were ignoring was the latest of several. Courts went back and forth on the matter in the weeks just before the election.
It is a law that will have no effect and it is a law that flip flopped in the courts. These people saying they are ignoring it are not doing anything utterly insane at all.
Perhaps they expect to spoil the count and force a re-vote.

Yes, but 145 votes or whatever it was split nearly exactly evenly raised McCormick lead by 1 vote, out of 17800.
It is silliness by rightwing bloggers who don’t do research.
Setting precedence, defying the court orders, at a time now when it doesn’t “matter” to the dems, so that later it will be done again when it DOES matter?
The time is long past when such behavior should be tolerated.
And an ounce of prevention.....
He can be acting or recess appointed. He can afford it.
