Pennsylvania Supreme Court held Monday that incorrectly dated mail ballots cannot be counted.
The court held the ballots “shall not be counted for purposes of the election held” on Nov. 5. The Republican National Committee sued Thursday after several counties decided to count ballots with incorrect dates.

OK, so how will the RNC ensure that the Pennsylvania counties obey the PA Supreme Court?
Isn’t this the second time the SCOPA has made this ruling? When will they make the official call on this Senate race?

“The Court hereby ASSUMES its King’s Bench authority … only to DIRECT that all Respondents, including the Boards of Elections in Bucks County, Montgomery County, and Philadelphia County, SHALL COMPLY with the prior rulings of this Court in which we have clarified that mail-in and absentee ballots that fail to comply with the requirements of the Pennsylvania Election Code …. SHALL NOT BE COUNTED for purposes of the election held on November 5, 2024,” reads Monday’s ruling.

Petitioners’ Application for the Exercise of King’s Bench Power or Extraordinary Jurisdiction is GRANTED in part.
The Court hereby ASSUMES its King’s Bench authority over the instant Application, see 42 Pa.C.S. § 502, only to DIRECT that all Respondents, including the Boards of Elections in Bucks County, Montgomery County, and Philadelphia County, SHALL COMPLY with the prior rulings of this Court in which we have clarified that mail-in and absentee ballots that fail to comply with the requirements of the Pennsylvania Election Code, see 25 P.S. §§ 3146.6(a), 3150.16(a), SHALL NOT BE COUNTED for purposes of the election held on November 5, 2024.

So? If the court doesn’t hold them in contempt and order state police to arrest them they’ll do it anyway.
My solution involves lead poisoning.
That’s how 2020 was stolen. Blended ballots.
Bingo. A little bit in this precinct -— and a little bit in that one. Do it in a large county in each swing state and you have stole yourself a Presidency, a few Senate seats, and a handful of House seats.

I think people are getting really tired here in Pa of election fraud. If the Pa Supreme Court doesn’t put some bite behind their bark, I am afraid of what some of the crazies on the right might do. All the rest of us can do is pray.
