Should Trump remain in the GOP, his wide lead among these highly motivated voters affords him great leverage to influence the direction of the party by wielding the threat of conservative primary challenges against establishment Republicans ill at ease with the former president's combative brew of conservatism infused with populism and nationalism.

Agree. All I care about is taking the House, and holding even in the Senate in 2022. Then winning the Presidency in 2024. Given that the dems are power hungry, and want to admit DC as a state and turn voting over to the internet, THEY CANNOT BE ALLOWED TO GOVERN. Trump can either help in this effort to restore a Rep majority, or, frankly, his presence is not welcome.
And yes, I voted for Trump and gave him money.

Well, neither the republican party or the democrat party has anywhere NEAR 46% of the registered voters now. Wouldn’t this mean that it would be the largest political party?

They always stab him in the back and don’t hold to the principles we espouse. Every time he tried to get along by endorsing an establishment republican only to get bubkis back. Even here at the end they wouldn’t defend him or the integrity of the vote. I say go 3rd party and lets shake this up. Might take a few election cycles but lets force rinos to go democrat and maybe break THAT party up!
