To the number of days in March itself? Because March is a tradiational Roman month, getting named before the July-August additions.
Or does it shift with the Leap Year date every 4 years with Feb 29?

If alive and rehabilitating she is is probably at a physical therapist’s office under the care of the PT specialist and has a script with permitted exercises from her doctor. Private property but not a private Gym.
If alive and all healed and “working out” she would probably be working out at the Gym at the Supreme court. This would be a private gym. In this case security at the least, and more likely the clerks would be aware that she was alive.
She could be consious and at home, or consious and at the hospital. Seems like someone at the hospital, a nurse, a food service worker, or cleaning staff would leak that she is at the hospital.
She has a daughter in New York (Where I think she had her operation) and a son in Chicago. If she is unconsious I would think that one of her children would have her Medical POA and she would be in a hospital nearby. If this is the case she would probably be in NY, maybe DC.
We have two blurry photos, RGB in transport and one supposedly of her beingn nursed in a comatose state, and an RGB working out in a gym sighting.
RGB moving into a car seems credible and likely. Coma Ruthie is possible, but not credible. PT rehab RGB is possible, RGB working out does not seem credible. If at SC, Workout Ruthie would probably be reported by SC denizens.

Trump knows what her status is and where she is located. He doesn’t feel the need to share yet. Impossible for a 90 year old corpse to hide from all the Intelligence in the world. Last two sightings were bogus. TMZ followed her to a vehicle but never followed the vehicle. No pics. In any random case TMZ would have thousands to pics and would have followed to her door(confirm address). Second the BS about a gym. No one got a photo? total BS. She is dead and on ice.

She will not and SC justices are not required to attend the speech. She will die eventually but the left is so wackadoodle right now they might try the weekend at Bernies stunt to save a SC seat, yeah they are that crazy.

At some point, that will become a violation of the Article III Section 1 "good behavior" clause.
If Ginsburg can't perform any behavior at all, then she must be removed from the Court.

I think for her opinion to count, she should be forced to appear or at least make a video. The idea of accepting her opinion from her aides bothers me.
