Is that date locked to the Julian calendar?
To the number of days in March itself? Because March is a tradiational Roman month, getting named before the July-August additions.
Or does it shift with the Leap Year date every 4 years with Feb 29?
Or with the number of days after the Dec solstice?
With a lunar calendar date like the Jewish Passover? (Seems very unlikely.)
