New Chimp Genome Confirms Creationist Research
BY JEFFREY P. TOMKINS, PH.D.
FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 28, 2018
The more DNA sequencing technologies improve, the worse it gets for the evolutionary paradigm. Such is the case with the newest version of the chimpanzee genome.

If evolution was true, then why did apes & humans stop evolving? We didn't... ongoing as we speak.

The fact you ask that question tells us you probably don’t know enough about science to understand the answer.
The quick answer: different evolutionary paths.

Every time an offspring is conceived, evolution occurs. Micro-evolution maybe. BUT NEVER MACRO-EVOLUTION.

Looking at liberals’ behavior, sometimes I believe they did come from lower forms of life and never evolved.

Evolution does not refute the existence of God and neither does the Big Bang or the vast size of the universe. As far as I am concerned, the more vast, the more complex, and the older the universe is the greater God proves to be.

fishtank:
"Just ask yourself: DIRTAON ???" I read the article, it's neither long nor complicated.
Possibly the money quote is:
"Dr. Buggs reported on his website that 'the percentage of nucleotides in the human genome that had one-to-one exact matches in the chimpanzee genome was 84.38%' and '4.06% had no alignment to the chimp assembly.' 4
Assuming the chimpanzee and human genomes are about the same size, this translates to an overall similarity of only about 80%!
This outcome is way outside the nearly identical level of 98 to 99% similarity required for human evolution to seem plausible."
Here's your basic problem: DNA comparisons can be performed in any number of different ways, and the results you get will depend on what assumptions and methodology you used.
Many studies compare "coding DNA" only and allow for similarities rather than demanding exact matches -- that's how you get numbers in the high 90%s.
This particular study seems intended to maximize DNA dissimilarities by looking at "non-coding DNA" and counting every difference, no matter how small, as a "no match".
So it really tells us nothing new and disproves nothing previously discovered.
It only says that if you change your assumptions and methodology, you'll get different results.
Who knew?

Correct!
Apes evolve into more apes, and humans into more humans.

Why are their phd’s any more fake than phd’s that believe evolution? They’re basing their conclusions off of mainstream scientists studies and conclusions. Is it still fake? Are you scared to read it because your closed mind might be opened?

ml/mj:
"Micro-evolution maybe. BUT NEVER MACRO-EVOLUTION." Here's a formula which should be easy for you to remember:
micro-evolution = macro-evolution = adaption = short & long term evolution = (descent with modifications) + (natural selection).
It's all the same thing, accumulating modifications, only the time periods change.
And it all begins at every conception, with the introduction of mostly very minor, harmless "non-coding" DNA mutations.
Those few which do code usually harm the offspring, but on rare occasions they do help.
