Wednesday on ABC's "Good Morning America," Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump told co-host George Stephanopoulos some of his first-day priorities should be elected president of the United States.
Trump, coming off a win a night earlier in the Nevada Republican Caucus, said rolling back President Barack Obama executive orders, including one dealing with the border and immigration, repealing ObamaCare and taking care of the veterans would be his priorities.
"Well, the first thing I'd do is knock out some of the executive orders signed by our president," Trump said. "Especially the one on the border where people are allowed to come in and just pour into our country like Swiss cheese. I'm going to work out immediately to knock out ObamaCare and start taking care of our vets and military ... our vets have been absolutely treated horribly and we're going to take care of our vets. That's been a very, very big part of my campaign, the vets."
Stephanopoulos pressed Trump on specifics, to which Trump offered some of his ideas on health care.
"Well, I've been specific in terms of the wall," he said. "I've been very specific in terms of ObamaCare, what I'm doing is very specific, whether we use health care savings accounts and that could happen because a lot of people are liking it a lot. ObamaCare is falling out under its own weight. It's going to be dead by 2017. People are not signing up for it. It's a disaster. The rates and premiums going up by 45, 55, 65 percent. And we're going to have great health care. We're going to make it a fraction of the cost and I'm very specific on it, George. I'm a very specific person, believe me."

Noting that I will gladly vote for Trump if nominated, patriots need to wake constitutionally low-information Trump up to the idea that the feds need surrender 10th Amendment-protected state powers that the corrupt feds have stolen from the states back to the states.
Otherwise, it is only a matter of time before we are cursed with another lawless president like Obama who is supported by a likewise corrupt Congress.

Exempt all 50 states and..... remove the exemption for Congress, that would kill it.

That is still Romneycare at least. From listening to what he has said on the subject, I believe he wants forced purchasing of insurance. That still leaves the Feds in charge of what is in the plans, it seems. He still has a window to convince me.
Trump will have plenty of lawyers to help him. Hell, we have to damn many of them making silly damn laws that interfere with business and everything else in America. This country needs to get back to what being an American means. These folks walking around speaking Spanish and every Muslim language need to go home. We require Americans to assimilate and that means speak English also. Muslims cannot be Americans based on their religion.

He stated that government needed to be much smaller.
I agree with your take on this, and I think the Trumps are aware of it too.

Based on everything that I have heard regarding the legal system, even ”conservative” lawyers are being indoctrinated with anti-state sovereignty ideas in post-FDR era law schools.
Day 1, reverse all the EOs that provide exemption from OCare for favored groups.

Trump is not pushing single payer and he recently said single payer would not work here.
I do not support Trump issuing new E.O.s other than cancelling Obama’s E.O.s.
I also think you need to be very careful with some of them.
If simply cancelling them would cause a situation Congress must address, he would have to work with Congress.
You can’t leave people in limbo for months while you set up replacement legislation.
I’m not sure there are any E.O.s that actually fit this, but some caution should be used.
I do not want Trump to do anything that would give the other side to say, see, you’re guy used E.O.s.
Just get rid of Obama’s illegalities, and then go through the proper process to fix everything else.
That’s sound good on the surface, because inequity is wrong.
Let me ask you to think about this. Our goal is to get people off of Obamacare. Why would we lift exemptions, that would force them momentarily onto it.
Wouldn’t it be better to leave those in place and get Congress to act quickly to expand those exemptions to everyone.

This is why I’m holding out hope for trump. Running an effective and profitable organization is all about weeding out the deadwood. And this is precisely what Trump has done, mostly successfully and on a scale that few businessmen ever see. the majority of the bankruptcies that the opposition media uses to bash Trump have been Trump engineered brushfires designed to do just that: purge the ranks of the lazy and incompetent.
I’ve run into too many of these types in my own career - the “protected” ones who are allowed to persist long after their usefulness (if they ever had it) has passed. They usually ruin things, sometimes in expensive and demoralizing ways.
