That’s sound good on the surface, because inequity is wrong.

Let me ask you to think about this. Our goal is to get people off of Obamacare. Why would we lift exemptions, that would force them momentarily onto it.

Wouldn’t it be better to leave those in place and get Congress to act quickly to expand those exemptions to everyone.

That's how you provide political incentive to move.

I figure that, properly motivated, it would take two weeks, tops for Congress to have something in place.

Besides, the exemptions are not about coverage, but the "Cadillac Tax."
