Here's a link to the Anderson Cooper 360 interview on tonight with Ltc Latkin. He's the Army doctor who has refused to deploy based on Obama's inelegibility for POTUS per article 2 of USCON.
I saw the end of it. Cooper was totally ignorant. Waving around Obamas hoax certificate. Had no answer when asked why Obama won’t produce his real one.
We don’t get cable and nothing my husband has tried will get my computer to load what’s necessary for me to see videos. (Funny things happen when you speak out against Obama’s eligibility, ya know?) So I can’t see what happened.
It’s probably a good thing in this case because wilfully ignorant people like Cooper really bug me.
Was it pointed out that the HDOH has indirectly confirmed that the Factcheck COLB is a forgery?

It is not a forgery. The state of Hawaii recognize Obama as being born in Hawaii. There was a birth certificate turned into the state of Hawaii on Aug. 4, 1961. The question is was it turned in by a hospital or was it turned in by some relative, most likely his grandmother who is an RN.
It’s sort of complicated because the HDOH doesn’t have to answer questions but does have to respond to requests for documents - but the summary is this:
The Hawaii Department of Health has confirmed in 2 different ways, through official communications, that the Factcheck COLB is a forgery because
1) the HDOH has made repeated statutory admissions that Obama’s birth certificate is amended. Any genuine long-form or COLB from the HDOH has to have note of that amendment. The Factcheck COLB doesn’t and is thus known as a forgery. And
2) The HDOH has stated that all of Oahu’s birth certificates have always been received at the state registrar’s office and given a birth certificate number by the state registrar on the same day – the “date filed”. The Factcheck COLB has a “date filed” 3 days earlier than the Nordyke twins’ but a certificate number 2 later than theirs.
This new statement from the HDOH rules out the previous attempts to explain the discrepancy (pre-numbered BC’s at hospitals, or BC’s sitting in piles for 3 days awaiting processing). Because the number and date filed are incompatible, the Factcheck COLB is known to be a forgery.

If it wasn’t a forgery then why didn’t it note the amendment that the HDOH has indicated was made in 2006 - since state law and DOH rules say that the amendment is required to be noted on any genuine long-form or COLB?
Why was it given a number 3 days later than the Nordyke twins’ but the number is later than theirs? Okubo has ruled out the explanations of pre-numbered certificates at the hospitals and a 3-day processing wait for different piles of BC’s at the state registrar’s office. Since those explanations are ruled out, what is your explanation?

It did seem like he was under strict orders not to let them make any good points. When they’d start down that path he’d throw a screaming fit at them.
Also, the state of Hawaii says that Hawaii does not vouch for anything that is on an amended birth certificate. Fukino’s statement was that they have multiple birth records for Obama and at least one of them claimed that he was born in Hawaii. For her to say anything more than that is forbidden by Hawaii law because the BC is amended.
The Factcheck COLB is the only indication we have of any date that a birth certificate was submitted to the State of Hawaii, and it claims that it was submitted on Aug 8, 1961. But that date would rule out a Kapiolani birth (which Fukino just wrongly claimed that Fukino had publicly claimed) because Kapiolani submitted their BC’s to the state registrar on Friday. If Obama was born at Kapiolani then his BC should have been delivered to the state registrar’s office and received a number on the same day as the Nordyke twins’, since he was born Friday after office hours and the Nordykes were born the next day. Both should have been delivered to the state registrar the following Friday - Aug 11, 1961. The Nordyke certificates were delivered that day, but Obama’s wasn’t. Even though Obama’s was given a number 3 days earlier than the Nordykes’, his number was 2 later than theirs.
Obama’s grandmother was not a registered nurse. She was a bank executive.
The fact is there is no reason for a forgery. The state of Hawaii recognizes Obama as being born there. They would issue a COLB which shows that. Whether the document that was floated around is legitimate doesn’t matter. All that matters is what his original birth certificate shows. If I had to bet, I would bet it shows it was turned in by his grandma on August 4, 1961. It showed up in the papers, so something was turned in.
It boggles the mind why a trained and experienced interviewer like Cooper should almost fall over himself. His blood pressure must have shot up. All he had to do was ask "Just the facts please, just the facts"- which is what he was getting.
Cooper was going wild and fighting for Obama, they are nakes Marxists and traitors, they need to be viewed as such.
Hawaii is actually forbidden from even saying what is on Obama’s birth certificate unless they disclose the actual birth certificate itself, a verification, or index data, as authorized by HRS 338-18 and by DOH rules.
And even if they revealed the birth certificate itself, no legal conclusion regarding the accuracy of what’s on the BC can be made unless and until the actual birth certificate is presented to a judicial or administrative person or body as evidence - and Hawaii law requires that the document NOT be treated as prima facie evidence (which means that the burden of proof falls to Obama to prove his claims accurate, rather than on someone else to prove his claims inaccurate). That’s what HRS 338-17 says.
There is a reason for a forgery. The real BC almost certainly has a 2006 certificate number and it also has note of the amendment made in 2006, which is most likely an addition to the medical portion of the BC in order to complete the BC.
The only reason the BC wouldn’t have been completed in 1961 is if Obama was not available to be examined by a Hawaii doctor who would then have completed the BC. Obama has a real COLB; the reason he won’t show it is because the COLB itself raises serious questions about where Obama was born even though the BC claims he was born in Hawaii.
Cooper had no answer as to why Obama won’t show his real COLB. I’ve put in many, many hours researching this and compiling information from Hawaii laws, rules, and officials. This is the answer I am almost positive is correct. It is about the only answer that makes sense - and that matches the data we have.
