The fact is there is no reason for a forgery. The state of Hawaii recognizes Obama as being born there. They would issue a COLB which shows that. Whether the document that was floated around is legitimate doesn’t matter. All that matters is what his original birth certificate shows. If I had to bet, I would bet it shows it was turned in by his grandma on August 4, 1961. It showed up in the papers, so something was turned in.

It is too bad that the Republican Attorney General of Hawaii, Mark L. Bennett has not conducted a Grand Jury investigation for forgery or tampering. A Grand Jury investigation would allow him to subpoena the original documents for experts to examine under oath.

My theory why Obama does not want the BC made public might be the real father is Malcom X. If you look at photo’s of Obama and Malcom X, they look like there is a blood link. Obama’s mother was known to be a friend of Malcom X.

No Obie jr's race would not be on the BC but his father Obie Sr's would. As for no constitutionaly relevant information on the long form that is not on the short form it is the information necessary to verify who reported the birth and the details, but you already know that as it has been pointed out to you before.
