Can the US Constitution survive dictator Obama?

In light of the now almost daily bombardment of the US Constitution by the sitting US Commander in Chief, the question 'is our Constitution still the law of the land?' is increasingly being asked by We-the-People. The problem of Barack Hussein Obama seeming not to be a natural-born citizen is still an extremely salient issue — an issue that has led Obama to hire a team of lawyers to keep all information on his actual country of birth and all of his college records hidden. The latest estimate on the fees charged to do so is over $1Million. This, coupled with Obama's continued and strong apparent push to completely bankrupt the USA and turn it into his own personal totalitarian utopia has led to unprecedented actions by some US citizens.
Recently, retired Navy Commander Walter Francis Fitzpatrick III filed a criminal complaint of Treason against Barack Hussein Obama. This has prompted other individuals around the country to do the same. As our Republic now stands on the brink of complete collapse, I thought an interview of Commander Fitzpatrick was in order....

The Constitution is supreme law of the land.
If there is a problem with it not being obeyed, identify the transgression (most likely absence of authority to do X) and pursue legal options accordingly.
To everyone you meet, recommend that they read the Constitution again and again. Then attempt to apply it to the President and note where he violates it.
Poor fellow is operating under the delusion that the Constitution is still alive.
The Left, The Socialist/Democrats if you will are over reaching as is their way. They are creating the beginnings of their own demise as leadership of this Nation which in spite of years of aggravation by the Left, and years of Leftist progress in Social Experimentation remains loyal to basic Conservative ideals as expressed, outlined in the Constitution.
I believe the Leftist users/abusers realize they have a small window of time to enact as much of their agenda as they possibly can in hopes of retaining as much as they possibly can within our system after they lose the controlling majority that will allow them and theirs to continue to profit at taxpayer expense.
The Socialist/Democrats see what’s happening all over the World to their ilk. They are losing ground, and will here also.
Getting rid of the RINO’s is the most important thing we can do for our country today. Get the two party system back to two definitive parties. Them Socialist (ain’ no such thing as a moderate), and us Conservative.
I wonder how many of those wishing to destroy the Constitution are willing to die for it’s destruction? I’m willing to die to save the Constitution of the United States.
Among the causes that compelled the Founders to revolt,
King George's intention to establish a tyranny.
Swarms of officers sent by the King to harass the people and eat out their substance.
King George suspended colonial legislatures and assumed legislative powers.
Making colonial judges dependent on the will of King George.
Over 230 years later, we are dealing with much the same problems, except our tyrant is nearby.

Too late, Constitution’s already way dead. Illegitimate political system, illegitimate government. When you have a virulent racist like Sotomayor seriously proposed as a Supreme Court judge, you know we have entered the realm of Caligula.

Not all those mercenary's will be foreign. With a slew of security companies such as "Xe" (aka Blackwater) and Triple Canopy, and the many levels of police forces in this country, many of those will be our own.
The Constitution must be enforced. I believe that we can prove forgery, perjury and fraud with a subpoena of Obama’s original birth certificate, pass port, Occidental College records and more (i.e. Indonesian citizenship). Note that Obama is spending an enormous amount in legal fees to keep his birth certificate hidden.

OTH, we’ve historically been like the big, friendly dog—haven’t been used to being beaten, strangled, starved, injured in our own home. We aren’t quite to the realization that the smiling, lying eyes are enjoying trying to kill us, since we have trusted these same eyes for so long.
We’ve a ways to go before getting mean and going all in.
Maybe it could survive Obama but not his supporters.
