Can the US Constitution survive dictator Obama?

In light of the now almost daily bombardment of the US Constitution by the sitting US Commander in Chief, the question 'is our Constitution still the law of the land?' is increasingly being asked by We-the-People. The problem of Barack Hussein Obama seeming not to be a natural-born citizen is still an extremely salient issue — an issue that has led Obama to hire a team of lawyers to keep all information on his actual country of birth and all of his college records hidden. The latest estimate on the fees charged to do so is over $1Million. This, coupled with Obama's continued and strong apparent push to completely bankrupt the USA and turn it into his own personal totalitarian utopia has led to unprecedented actions by some US citizens.
Recently, retired Navy Commander Walter Francis Fitzpatrick III filed a criminal complaint of Treason against Barack Hussein Obama. This has prompted other individuals around the country to do the same. As our Republic now stands on the brink of complete collapse, I thought an interview of Commander Fitzpatrick was in order....

How do all of us do this?
The constitution is 75% dead already. It’s symbolic in nature but it is no longer followed by evidence of all the crap that the government does that the constitution doesn’t specify.

The problem with legal charges or impeachment is that the very system that should be used to pursue them is now corrupted to support the illegal activities.
Survive? Hah! The contract between we the people qand the federal oligarchy (the Constitution, in other words) was abrogated by the subpreme Roberts court when they refused to allow anyone standing in demanding that an affirmative action candidate be given the presidency ONLY AFTER HE PROVES HE IS CONSTITUTIONALLY ELIGIBLE! Can a non-existent thing survive? ...

I don’t think so...I think it ends when the smoke clears...
America is too comfortable to revolt.
I would phrase the question a little differently: If certain of his actions are unconstitutional, in those matters does he have legal authority as President that needs to be obeyed?
It doesn’t matter — the Constitution is moot anyway, & has been so for decades. Only Jesus Christ can raise the dead.
There will have to be opposition in a much more forceful manner. I cannot really say.
