Barack Hussein Obama Grand Mother says Obama was Born in Kenya
A president of the United States must be a “Natural born citizen of the United States” per the constitution. What that means might be open to conjecture and may one day be clarified by the supreme court. Many think it means that you must be born in CONUS.
She said that he was a son of the village. She did not say he was literally born there.
No, they were all right. It says ‘natural born citizen,’ with no regard to being born on US soil.
It matters a lot if he was born in Kenya. If born in Kenya it matters so much that Obama committed forgery to show he was born in Hawaii.
You are behind the curve on this issue.
Actually, this is old news. Phil Berg had this on his site last year. Off topic, what happened to Dr. Orly’s web site? Have you seen or heard of a reason why it’s gone?
Did you see the Swahili (or whatever language it is) words? Nate? Like “nativity”? Same root? Means “born”, literally.
“What does it matter where he was born? If his mother was a U.S. citizen, he is also, unless someone can show me otherwise.”
From what I’ve read there are questions about his mother’s age at the time he was born. His mother wasn’t a natural born citizen so she had to be over a certain age and lived in the US for a certain amount of time before the birth in order to confer citizenship on her offspring.
Also, you still have to register and request US citizenship for your offspring born outside the US. If they used fraud to bypass the redtape and/or to get around the age requirement, then he isn’t a US citizen.
“According to much legal research, at the time of Obama’s birth he could be a natural born citizen by being born in the United States, by being born to two U.S. citizen parents (not possible because of his father), or, if only one parent was a U.S. citizen at the time of the birth, that parent must have resided in the United States for at least 10 years, at least five of which had to be after the age of 16.
The problem is, Obama’s mother was only 18 when she gave birth, so his only apparent route to “natural born” citizenship status would have been to be born in Hawaii.”
The above was excerpted from this article: http://www.wnd.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=94535.
This is far from proof.
Interesting. Swahili has Latin roots? I didn’t know that.
The text that was blotted out by the big red letters said “born of this village”. You are saying that the original broadcast’s subtitles are wrong? I can’t tell, I don’t speak Swahili, but if you do, then you say that the original translation was faulty?
“Too many problems and that’s before even getting into is ideology.”
I agree. And his ideology alone makes him Un-American, regardless of his citizenship status.
He’s not an American in any sense.
Actually, both is parents had to be U.S. citizens. Just the fact that his father was not a citizen makes him ineligible. That is besides the fact that he probably held dual citizenship, not to mention that he was adopted by his step father and no record (so far) that he ever legally changed his name back to Obama. He is ineligible on soooo many levels.
I think she would have had to have been resident in the US five years after her 18th birthday. I know that the wife of an American soldier stationed in Germany came without orders to live with him and gave birth to their child. She had a devil of a time getting her child a passport. Of course under German law, which is law of the blood, the child was not a German either. So the child was stateless. I think it required a private bill to get the child status. Either that or someone found a loophole. It was in the Stars and Stripes for some time. What complicates all this, though, is that Obama’s mother was married to an Indonesian citizen, and MAY have alienated herself. Did Obama ever hold an Indonesian passport? Lots of mysteries about this guy,
His grandmammy better watch her back.
Does this mean that the children of illegal aliens born in the US are not eligible to be POTUS?
You asked — Does this mean that the children of illegal aliens born in the US are not eligible to be POTUS?
—
I think the kid born in the U.S. would be qualified, actually. But, then again, if someone thinks not, and they decide to do a court case about it, it’s gonna be the Supreme Court that finally decides (by either ignoring it, for one thing — or — by deciding one way or the other...).
You said — His grandmammy better watch her back.

LOL..., actually her back has been fine these past many months. I found out that this has been there from before the election. Apparently (it seems) someone just copied it and reposted it, making it look like it was new..., I guess just to get some people excited about it... :-)
One of the subtitles stated that the word “nate” that the gramma said has the same root as the English words “nativity” etc.
Actually it’s a Sanskrit root, as many roots are, including Latin ones, since it’s an older language.
I’m just saying that’s what the subtitles said, it goes by pretty fast.
Thank you for your insight. ;-)
Bowing to his true master..
