“What does it matter where he was born? If his mother was a U.S. citizen, he is also, unless someone can show me otherwise.”

From what I’ve read there are questions about his mother’s age at the time he was born. His mother wasn’t a natural born citizen so she had to be over a certain age and lived in the US for a certain amount of time before the birth in order to confer citizenship on her offspring.

Also, you still have to register and request US citizenship for your offspring born outside the US. If they used fraud to bypass the redtape and/or to get around the age requirement, then he isn’t a US citizen.

My questions are: Does any hospital have record of his birth on their premises? Do we have the name of the attending physician?
