Just heard on Rush that the Leftists have engaged some lawyers to keep the ads off the air. They're sending threatening legalese letters to all TV stations warning them not to run the ads.
No doubt about it. It's war, people. Time to haul out the big guns and hit the Left where it won't grow back.

We have touched a nerve. This is the chest pounding,feces throwing stage of the response. They have no legal recourse against the stations, but are only giving a publically plausable excuse for mainstream media to refuse to carry the ad.
If this threat had merit there would be an enforcable action against the Switf Boat Veterans organization and its 527 status. The last thing these sheisters want is to actually initiate litigation because of the discovery process. I hope the files for an injunction and restraining order against the DNC immediately.
