[history]
When San Francisco Mayor Gavin Newsom began issuing marriage licenses to same-sex couples this month, many in the gay rights movement nationwide cheered.
But in Massachusetts, the sudden act of civil disobedience is setting off deep concern among some leading gay advocates, who worry the move could undercut the push for same-sex marriage here.

Well somebody better do something tangible up in mass. So far we have wrining of hands and knashing of teeth.
Outlaw homosexual marriage. Skip the civil unions. NO MARRIAGE LITE.

What to do, what to do -
But in Massachusetts, the sudden act of civil disobedience is setting off deep concern among some leading gay advocates, who worry the move could undercut the push for same-sex marriage here.
"What happened in San Francisco has not helped us at all," said Arline Isaacson, cochairwoman of the Massachusetts Gay and Lesbian Political Caucus. "And it arguably made things worse here."
Heh heh heh...

Let this fester and many democrats will find themselves defeated come November.

Its not enough to be left alone and the heterophobes must really be insecure about their own identity if they need our validation for their choice of lifestyle.

"The big question is, if people become convinced that it will bring to their states what happens in Massachusetts, we're in trouble. Suppose other liberal cities do this, like Ann Arbor, Mich. If a dozen cities do this, it would make people nervous without any real possibility for gain."
The intent to conspire for the purposes of incremental advancement of the homosexual penis into the rest of society was never made so clear.

[Quoting Barney Frank, in the article]
"If a dozen cities do this, it would make people nervous without any real possibility for gain." It would appear that it's okay with Barney that "it would make people nervous", if only the homosexual cause could gain.
They plan to throw the other shoe right after May 17. Dozens of gay lawyers will file suit all over the country in federal court, demanding that the other 49 states recognize the Massachusetts documents issued from May 17 as valid in their own states, thus using constitutional constraint to defeat the vast majority of the People in all 50 states by court fiat. This would have vast implications for the idea of democracy, and for America's credibility as an exponent of same.

I don't care what the reprobates do.I don't care if they
call their Fraud reality. What I do care about is the elected
officials ,sworn to uphold the Constitution and Laws--And
I do care about the unelected of that diseased third branch of our government who believe they are the Law-and
act in opposition to the clear language used and intent of the constitution they use as a weapon against the people.
I care that we have been "Blessed with the bounties of
Heaven. .. But we have forgotten God." As Lincoln so aptly
said. AndI care that the"danger has sprung up from amongst us."As Lincoln said. and that "my people are destroyed for lack of understanding." as the prophet said.

"Gays fear fallout of San Francisco rites"
They ought to fear it.
Mainstream America is sick and tired of having "lifestyles"
shoved in their faces and told that if they don't like it, there is something wrong with THEM, eg. "homophobic".
I don't really give a DAMN about what someone does, in their barn, with their cow... just not on Main Street, in front of my children.
Do those fools think these stunts will get them "acceptance"?
They desperately seek our approval, because, NOT EVEN THEY approve of what THEY do.
