America should not run on fast food.
A recent ranking from Eat This, Not That shared the least healthy menu items — ranked from bad to worst — from some of your favorite fast food chains that you should steer clear of.
Some honorable mentions include the fried rice side from Panda Express and the bacon, sausage egg wrap from Starbucks. KFC’s Nashville hot loaded fries bowl, the cobb salad from Chick-fil-A, and the beast sub from Subway also made an appearance on this unhealthy list.
The sausage patty breakfast crunchwrap from Taco Bell is another bad option. Avoid the crispy chicken club wrap from Arby’s, and the double sausage breakfast sandwich from Dunkin’ Donuts. The mac and cheese bread bowl from Panera Bread is also a no-go.
It doesn’t stop there. Here are the top five worst fast food meals — with No. 1 being the most trash option.
5. Burger King: bacon king
4. Wendy’s: big bacon classic triple
3. Popeyes: signature hot bone-in wings or Louisiana garlic bone-in wings
2. McDonald’s: big breakfast with hotcakes
1. Dairy Queen: honey BBQ chicken strip basket

I haven’t gobe to any of those establishments in a long time, nor have I ever eaten those items. Hopefully I’m good!
just do the best you can..we can't cut everything out.
All things in moderation…
First to figure out how to make goood tasting fast food without all the highly processed ingredients, chemicals, and added sugar is going to change the whole industry.
Double Whopper with cheese! One of my favorites!!
The author hates chicken.
It’s not the meat or the bacon. It is not the fat and cholesterol that will kill you. It is the sugar in the bread and the hydrogenated fats and seed oils and corn syrup in the sauces. Meat is the only good part. Sodium isn’t going to hurt you either. It’s the glutamate.
At work, they occasionally serve up free food to the department, and it’s usually food like hamburgers, hotdogs, pizza, nachos, and chips.
I told my coworkers that I read recently that these kinds of foods have been determined according to scientific research to reduce the average lifespan by 6 minutes per serving.
I said that to me this means that I can have ten of these items and only lose 60 minutes of my life, which is exactly how much of my life I lose by attending our monthly department meetings. But the food is better.
Yay no Bojangles
Nothing on that list I can recall eating.
If on the move now, just throw some protein bars in the bag.
No intention of eating fast food.
I use to be a regular in my local Waffle House mostly for breakfast. I would get ther at 5am when the crowd was transitioning from those going home and those going to work.
Usually those going home acted like it was the evening before, were eating steaks, porkchops, or burgers and loud as heck with their pals. Those going to work were usually by themselves, having eggs and bacon, and quietly trying to read a newspaper.
I’m on a French Toast binge....Real Maple Syrup is soooo expensive so I get the cheap cr** and I’m happy. I’m 80...I should worry??
At the one Waffle House I’ve been to in Houston, I was more worried about being shot than bad food. Never again.
My honey just whipped up a batch of salt and pepper jerky in the oven on “ dehydrate”. It’s scrumptious.
All rumor and innuendo with no basis in objective science.
A woman I knew once was known for her very healthy eating and said something about having a cookout with hot dogs and hamburgers, which shocked us all.
Her contention was that it's not what you do once in a while that's important. It's what you do most of the time.
I feel like I’ve been poisoned after eating at fast food restaurants, except one: In-N-Out Burger. Problem is you have to go to California and some of the other western states.
She was a woman of great wisdom! IMO.
When life deals you a bad hand, a plate of comfort food is so...well comforting.
