I've never forgotten the bluish scars on his face from where they had to cut the flesh away . . . But at least the doctors discovered the leprosy in time to prevent his nose, ears, etc. falling off. If that were my choice, I'd take the blue scars any day of the week!
LED lights sure beat those curlicue ones (non-technical term) that came previously. The thing about the LED bulbs I hate is all the hype about their so-called longevity. We’ve had them burn out almost as much as any other type. Maybe they last 17% longer, if that. (CWIDT?) Maybe they last longer if you’re not always turning them on and off. My husband is a maniac about turning them off, even though we run on solar panels and batteries (shrug). We bought a bunch of incandescents a while back and keep them on hand as well. Our house is filled with a mix of all 3 types at present. LOL
Well, there's the problem right there. I'm doing just fine with meat being only around 5% of my diet. (It's got to be part of a bigger dish for me to eat it, not a single course of its own, like a steak or burger. I can get at least 10 meals out of a single rotisserie chicken.)

Certainly justified, however, this is personal.
The charges were hatched against all involved in J6, in a huge D.C. RICO operation.
We know their names. They all have DC addresses.
The restitution to Trump and to all the wrongfully charged J6ers should come from those who hatched and delivered the plan, the charges and the slander against them.
Starting with Obama, Pelosi, Pence.

I’ve actually gone the other way 17strings started on a fasting carnivore ~2 weeks ago. Besides protein I’m adding green leafy vegetables and periodic citrus. And of course coffee. But have pretty much eliminated all other carbs and sugars.
Found I’m not nearly as hungry despite only 1 big meal a day (supper) and have already lost 6 pounds. If I get down another 14 I’ll reach my goal weight...so hoping maybe by the end of August.
oh .... I always thought the MAP was that big flow chart with all the arrows and conspiracy theories and historical stuff on it.
