I’ve actually gone the other way 17strings started on a fasting carnivore ~2 weeks ago. Besides protein I’m adding green leafy vegetables and periodic citrus. And of course coffee. But have pretty much eliminated all other carbs and sugars.
Found I’m not nearly as hungry despite only 1 big meal a day (supper) and have already lost 6 pounds. If I get down another 14 I’ll reach my goal weight...so hoping maybe by the end of August.
Good fer you! If you have cut sugar that number will fall quickly. And now would be a good time to purge any semblance of seed oils from your world (it’s so hard).
