Lot of good advice below and don’t worry about the IVM. It’s just not the problem with your blood chemistry. But you did say you had covid. A sore liver is one of the half dozen or so identified effects of the stuff. First the lungs. Then too much free iron in the red blood cells. Then the liver has to really work to clean it up.
Best I can see from here is to stay with your blood restoration treatment-——and maybe find a second doctor.
Here’s my secret with any doctor pushing a vaccine.
I ask them if they will \guarantee\ that I will >not< get the (specific) viral infection if I get the vaccine.
My doctor always says “no” and then moves on.
The one time the doc said “yes” was for my tetanus booster several years ago.
I got it then.
Won’t get any new vaxx with mRNA and it appears that in the near future they ALL will.

Onchocerciasis. STROMECTOL is indicated for the treatment of onchocerciasis due to the nematode parasite Onchocerca volvulus.
This indication is based on randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled and comparative studies conducted in 1427 patients in onchocerciasis-endemic areas of West Africa. The comparative studies used diethylcarbamazine citrate (DEC-C).
NOTE: STROMECTOL has no activity against adult Onchocerca volvulus parasites. The adult parasites reside in subcutaneous nodules which are infrequently palpable. Surgical excision of these nodules (nodulectomy) may be considered in the management of patients with onchocerciasis, since this procedure will eliminate the microfilariae-producing adult parasites.
Liver (hepatic damage) is not prominent in the package insert, even in the overdose and warnings sections. My guess is changes in liver enzymes would be transient.

I see parsley in Trump’s pocket. I zoomed in best of my skill and tech to look at the shape of leaves. Shamrocks have smooth round leaves while parsley has ruffled clusters. I bet he had no green with his dashing blue suit and grabbed parsley off his breakfast plate! Lol.
