Study: Vitamin D Reduces Dementia Risk by 40%
PJ Media ^ | 03/15/2023 | Ben Bartee

Surely to the chagrin of anti-vitamin D “brought to you by Pfizer” jihadists like CNN, more evidence mounts that increasing your vitamin D levels might be the single most effective strategy for longevity and quality of life.

Via research published by the Alzheimer’s Association:

In this longitudinal study of dementia-free NACC participants, exposure to vitamin D was associated with higher dementia-free survival and lower dementia incidence rates over 10 years. These findings were consistent across each vitamin D formulation: calcium–vitamin D, cholecalciferol, and ergocalciferol. Interaction analyses revealed that while exposure to vitamin D was associated with lower dementia incidence across all strata of sex, cognitive diagnosis, and APOE ε4 status, the rates were lower in females versus males, NC versus MCI, and APOE ε4 non-carriers versus carriers…

Vitamin D exposure was associated with 40% lower dementia incidence versus no exposure.

The large-scale study (with over 12,000 participants) spanned ten years — so there’s lots of data over a lengthy time frame that the corporate media is going to have a hard time refuting. In the conclusion, the researchers implored the scientific community to build upon their findings in future research, with more specific analysis of the intriguing differences in the dementia-fighting benefits of vitamin D by sex (women experienced a greater benefit than men).

Given these impressive results — along with numerous other proven benefits of vitamin D supplementation such as stronger bones, enhanced immunity (including against COVID-19), and more — one must wonder what leads the New York Times to declare that “there’s really not much data at all to support the use of most supplements to prevent illness or to boost your immunity.”

My physician checks my Vitamin D levels every year.

Last year he told me to double my dose.

No problem.

Supplements are not controlled by the government so naturally the PTB will seek to discourage reliance on them.

There is a very simple reason why the Enemedia says that these supplements and medicines have no value. Remember when a study came out that a baby aspirin a day could help lessen COVID symptoms? Not 24 hours later they found some Quack Hack to say that a baby aspirin may be HARMFUl to take.

The simple reason for all of this negativity on medicine that has usefulness? They (The Cabal, Jihad Junta, WEF/WHO/UN/ETC) want us dead.

As a funny aside, I went to a whacky "holistic" chiropractic clinic a few years ago (helped with my sciatica immensely.) The main clinician told us that the best vitamin D is that which is produced by your body by exposure to the sun, which is correct. But then she told me that it was whole body exposure, for at least 15 minutes.

I asked her if she was willing to bond me out.

Aspirin is a wonder drug, or analgesic, that can be helpful or harmful. I started taking one a day baby aspirin when it was being touted as good for the heart and minimized attacks. I developed a serious allergy to aspirin which continues to this day. I feel it immediately when it is in any medication or application. My face swells and I itch and more. Throats can swell and cut off breathing. I did not have this permanent problem with aspirin until I overdid my use of it. Which applies to all medication.

Re: Creeps @ CNN & most Drive-By Media

I will not be surprised when Drive-By Media has a headline: Eating Is Harmful To Your Teeth.

Also, I remember reading a real science paper that reported on the relationship between nicotine and Alzheimer’s prevention. The abstract of the report indicated that people with enough nicotine in their body, it seems to prevent Alzheimer’s. Now, I do not plan to begin smoking, but I might just stock up on those nicotine patches and gum.

You are an exception in your extreme reaction to aspirin. Exceptions aren’t the rule. It is good to understand theres a small chance of a reaction like this, but for the vast majority, that isn’t what is going to happen. Otherwise we’d see everyone that takes anything long term develop an allergy to it.

vitamin D was associated with higher dementia-free survival

- - - - - - -

It’s associated. So they don’t know whether vitamin d reduces dementia risk by 40%. The text doesn’t support the title.
