Conservativemind, He beat you to it!
“one must wonder what leads the New York Times to declare that “there’s really not much data at all to support the use of most supplements to prevent illness or to boost your immunity.”
...ummmm. Deep State?
Last year he told me to double my dose.
No problem.

I love how the media picks things up two weeks after I post them.
There is a very simple reason why the Enemedia says that these supplements and medicines have no value. Remember when a study came out that a baby aspirin a day could help lessen COVID symptoms? Not 24 hours later they found some Quack Hack to say that a baby aspirin may be HARMFUl to take.
The simple reason for all of this negativity on medicine that has usefulness? They (The Cabal, Jihad Junta, WEF/WHO/UN/ETC) want us dead.
I asked her if she was willing to bond me out.
Re: Creeps @ CNN & most Drive-By Media
I will not be surprised when Drive-By Media has a headline: Eating Is Harmful To Your Teeth.
Also, I remember reading a real science paper that reported on the relationship between nicotine and Alzheimer’s prevention. The abstract of the report indicated that people with enough nicotine in their body, it seems to prevent Alzheimer’s. Now, I do not plan to begin smoking, but I might just stock up on those nicotine patches and gum.

“Dammit, honey. Have you seen my Vitamin D pill bottle?”
“Yes, darling. It’s in your hand.”
vitamin D was associated with higher dementia-free survival
- - - - - - -
It’s associated. So they don’t know whether vitamin d reduces dementia risk by 40%. The text doesn’t support the title.
Can’t find any numbers on dosage. every time I get my blood checked the VitD concentration is reported. There is a range. A few years ago my doc told me to take a pill to knock it back into the high end of “normal”. Is that sufficient?
Thanks.
