[Before Covid the US was in a slow decline.]
And yes. True.
But we don’t want no-pro-American, anti-NWO, anti-China President Trump. Can’t allow that, so..........
So many think gold is going to save us. Perhaps it might work in a short term but no one can eat it.
Ezekiel 7:19
21st Century King James Version
19 They shall cast their silver in the streets, and their gold shall be removed; their silver and their gold shall not be able to deliver them in the day of the wrath of the Lord. They shall not satisfy their souls, neither fill their bowels, because it is the stumbling block of their iniquity.

Fauci looks like he’s praying to Obama in the second picture.
He was a Canadian singer/songwriter.
Yep - aptly-put
I don’t know that Barky is the Antichrist - but what I do know is that I don’t even recognize this country since he showed up.
And W did enough damage that I hardly recognized it from 2004-2008. But the downward slide since Barky showed up is unbelievable.
I wish these things were not true. You could not have convinced me that the country could change that much in 14 years.
Yet here we are.
Preppers’ ping.
I pray that you’ve got an army to defend your cattle and garden. If not, you’re going to have your hands full defending your beeves and carrots. Good luck to you, FReeper.
Water, food, shelter. A little transportation other than walking is nice too. Collect anything of tangible value. Fur was once used as money because clothing is the first layer of shelter.
The Titanic didn't sink immediately - it will take some time for a ship as big as the USA to sink beneath the waves.
Not a good time to be without a lifeboat handy.
Add downtown LA or SF to that mix.

Let me guess.
He is shilling for gold and silver.
“
What exactly -is- he proposing?
Your analogy holds for a bit, yet there’s still the “9 meals to anarchy” factor.
Once the free food system glitches, area by affected area will descend into violent chaos.
Alas Babylon, Alas Babylon, Alas Babylon is the clarion call.
Matt Bracken wrote a great piece on this - “When The Music Stops.” He wrote it over a decade ago. His greatest fault is that he is right too soon for the normalcy bias crowd.
Don’t be a member of the mortally bias crowd.
Interesting how all the gold and silver shills on TV are warning us the dollar is in bad shape and we better invest in gold and silver!
Yet they want payment for that gold and silver in those same worthless dollars.
Yep. I have the digital and dead tree versions.
Thanks.
Mortally should be normality. An almost useful autocorrect.
There’s a lot who cry even more doom and gloom - while trying to sell their audience products to “save them all”.
I agree we’re in for some bad times, but some of these folks are fully into the concept of “Don’t let a crisis go to waste when there’s an opportunity to enrichen yourself by shilling for it.”
True, but 40 cents in 1970 is equal to $3.07 today. And minimum wage was $1.60 an hour.
Perhaps prices and wages have been equivalent all these years.
