I have a very good job at a company I've worked for...for over 8 years. The Company is now requiring employees to say if they have been vaccinated or not...preparing us for our return next month and looking out for our safety... because the safety of all their employees is number one priority. If you say you have NOT been vaccinated, you will need to be tested every two weeks, wear a mask at all times, and be seated elsewhere. If you DO NOT RESPOND to the email, they will consider you UNVACCINATED. What the heck do I do at this point? This is utter evil. I can't believe I am living in this time. Any helpful responses would be appreciated.

One problem with your statement. This is a private company and as such is not the government. A private company may do as they wish, within the legal limits of the law, with their employees.
If anything this is one example where the Federal Government can step in to stop the disclosure and mandatory vaccinations from occurring at places of employment. However, that won’t happen in this climate. Another issue that arises is the cost of bi-weekly testing and who pays for that? Lastly, this could be an insurance issue where insurance companies are requiring people be vaxxed to be a policy holder. I see that coming. And then once insurance companies have that info they have been known to share it with employers before and will again. This might be the one time in a blue moon where the Federal Government is actually needed to set law to prevent this from happening since health care is regulated federally now. And yes I am all for smaller government.

I work for a very good company but as stated, they are bound by the government mandates on COVID, silly as they may be. It is not your HR department's fault that they have to find a way to comply with these directives.
First of all, always tell the truth. I would never try to deceive my employer by making them believe I have been vaccinated, when I actually have not.
Of course, I don't broadcast my unvaccinated status either. Only a few co-workers (besides HR) know and they are fine with it. I ask them if they want me to wear a mask in their presence and they laugh and wave it off. So basically I don't wear a mask around the office. I do keep a mask in my pocket just in case. Not that I get very close to people. Believe it or not, when I'm in the office, I'm still doing ZOOM calls all day as most of the employees are still home.
Not that I ask directly but it appears that all those that still come to my Manhattan office have either not been vaccinated or they are not concerned about the masks.
Your advice about not telling senior management (of which I am one) to "f off" is sound. We do not want to lose any good employees over this nonsense but if they decide to make a federal case about it, we have no choice but to take the appropriate actions.
As you stated, if you have a good job with a good company, don't screw it up.
We are due to be 100% back to the office in September (week after Labor Day) so it will be very interesting how this plays out.

It’s not an easy one. First consideration is what is the right thing to do and that’s easy, given no other considerations. No, do not allow yourself to be forced to take an experimental, unproven, potentially harmful (both short-term and long-term) shot. Easy peasy.
But we’ve got to feed the family. There is always the specter of having to do unethical things for a paycheck, and I’m guessing most of us have had to face that at some point in our careers. Also, having a bad reaction to the shot could make the supporting the family issue moot.
Plus, taking the shot gives tacit support to the whole weird vaccine/COVID/give-up-your-God-given-rights movement. The movement that is seeing people die of the shot and/or be disabled.
We aren’t able to calculate the risk of taking the shot or dying from the virus because the data has been deliberately obscured.
...so after lining that out, I can’t take the shot. Just doesn’t make sense, ethically or practically.
Write up these findings. Over in europe there are over 14,000 deaths and 1.2 million injuries.
