I have a very good job at a company I've worked for...for over 8 years. The Company is now requiring employees to say if they have been vaccinated or not...preparing us for our return next month and looking out for our safety... because the safety of all their employees is number one priority. If you say you have NOT been vaccinated, you will need to be tested every two weeks, wear a mask at all times, and be seated elsewhere. If you DO NOT RESPOND to the email, they will consider you UNVACCINATED. What the heck do I do at this point? This is utter evil. I can't believe I am living in this time. Any helpful responses would be appreciated.
Don’t forget—the scenery will be beautiful on the way to the camps!
First, I’d ignore the loud mouths who behind their keyboard tell you to quit, essentially in a blaze of glory. Unless they are willing to pay your bills for doing such a thing, ignore them.
If you are considering the vaccine, you may want to inform them that you are waiting for Novavax, if that is something you would consider. I believe that is one valid reason to not get vaccinated at this time.
I would talk with an attorney and see what they have to say in the matter. Additionally, talk to your doctor and get his viewpoints.
Here’s the Link.
Of course.
They’ll be too happy to point out those that aren’t taking it too, after all we all need to be in this together.
Cite the HIPAA site on the Internet, too.
We just had one those types appear. “Don’t be difficult, just comply like a brainless sheep.”
“If you wanna keep your job, tell the truth.
Then, two other courses of action depending on how much risk you’re willing to tolerate...
Set up an appointment with HR to talk about this. Be professional. State your case. If they’re not willing to cut you any slack, find out how much longer the CoupFlu theater will continue.
If you don’t like what HR says/does, you’re really PO’d and willing to risk it, get a lawyer.
My bet is your company is getting something from either your state and/or Fedzilla to keep the boot on your necks. If so, O seriously doubt they’ll want it made public. Or say of the other BS that went into them doing this to their employees.“
This is correct.. I would add one thing - Do as much of this communication over email and ways you can document EVERYTHING about this. Document, document, DOCUMENT!
It has no FDA approval. I’d talk to a lawyer.
All the legal options are not worth much BECAUSE the company is not saying get the jab or get fired.
Sheep are a good analogy, just talk to any sheep farmer, its a full time job keeping them alive. They actively look for ways to off themselves.
I think you have to just stand up for your decision - it’s all coming to that point anyway.
Stand strong in your beliefs
How is that brave?
I lie and tell them I’m vaccinated. Just like I don’t tell them that I’m armed. My life, my health, and my safety is more important than their rules.
Take the antibody test to see if you did have the virus.
If you did have the virus, attach that lab report to this publication.
Then discuss this reality with your supervisor and up to HR.
“Does it make sense to vaccinate those, who have had covid?”
by Sebastian Rushworth, M.D.
One of the strangest things about the last few months on planet Earth has been the relentless drive to vaccinate everyone, regardless of what their individual risk from the virus is, and whether or not they’ve already had the disease. It was well known long before covid came along that people who have had an infection are usually at least as well protected as those who get vaccinated. The whole point of vaccination is, after all, to mimic infection so as to stimulate immunity.
If you’ve had measles, you don’t need to take the measles vaccine. If you’ve had hepatitis A, you don’t need to take the hepatitis A vaccine. If you’ve had chickenpox, you don’t need to take the chickenpox vaccine. Yet if you’ve had covid, you should supposedly still take the covid vaccine. Strange.
The obsession with vaccinating everyone is particularly odd in a situation where access to vaccines is limited and the stated goal is to reach herd immunity as quickly as possible, since wasting time vaccinating people who have already had the infection will inevitably delay the time it takes for a population to reach herd immunity.
Yet many people who should know better have been happy to play along with the “everyone needs to be vaccinated” mantra, in spite of the fact that it runs counter to the stated goal of governments and public health agencies. Many doctors had covid during 2020, yet they were more than happy to stand at the front of the line and take the vaccine in late 2020 and early 2021, even though they knew (or should have known) that they were almost certainly already maximally protected from the virus, and that taking the vaccine would inevitably mean a delay in vaccination of those who had not yet had the infection.
A few months back I wrote about a study, published in The Lancet in April, that showed a 93% decreased risk of re-infection in people who had already had covid. That would make prior infection equivalent to the most effective vaccines, in terms of its ability to protect against covid (which is as we would expect).
For those who remain unconvinced that prior infection is at least equivalent to vaccination, however, a very interesting study was recently posted on MedRxiv.
This was a retrospective cohort study of the 52,238 employees of the Cleveland Clinic, who were followed from December 16th 2020 (when the Cleveland Clinic started vaccinating its staff) until May 15th 2021. The objective of the study was to compare the relative rates of infection between four groups of employees: Thos who had had covid and been vaccinated, those who had had covid but not yet been vaccinated, those who had not had covid but had been vaccinated, and those who had neither had covid nor been vaccinated.
A PCR test was used to diagnose covid in the study. The Cleveland Clinic was not engaging in any screening of asymptomatic staff during the study period, so tests were in almost all cases carried out when participants developed symptoms suggestive of covid. In other words, the method used to diagnose covid in this study was equivalent to the method used in most other studies, and also the method that is used in the real world.
So, what were the results?
There were 2,139 new covid infections among the 52,238 participants. In other words, 4.1% of the participants in the study developed covid during the five month period. 99.3% of these infections were among participants who had neither had covid nor been vaccinated. The remaining 0,7% were among participants who hadn’t had covid but had been vaccinated.
2,579 participants had already had covid at the start of the study. Not a single one of them developed covid during the five month period. This includes both the 1,229 with prior infection who were vaccinated, and the 1,359 who weren’t. What that means is that prior infection was associated with a 100% reduction in the relative risk of infection. That was true regardless of whether the person with prior infection was vaccinated or not. Vaccination did not provide any additional benefit to those who had already had covid.
What can we conclude?
Prior infection is highly effective at protecting against covid. There is thus no need for people who have already had covid to get vaccinated. When governments do vaccinate people who have already had covid, they are wasting taxpayers money and putting people at risk of side effects for no good reason.

Then, copy your private lawyer if you need too.
We have been asked too and then they say they will not tell anyone but require unvaccinated people to wear a mask...!
I do not go to the office yet and even the vaccinated people who do are required by the landlord to wear a mask because of the delta variant and I bet mainly lawsuits.
I will quit before wearing a mask. I can afford to but most cannot.
Good advice there Bulwyf!
Folks need to think seriously about what matters most to them. Your job and your “luxuries” or freedom and your personal values. BTW that home you live in isn’t technically yours and neither are your cars.
I live in a semi-free state for now, but the tyranny noose is quickly tightening.
The job market is pretty rich right now with opportunities for those who can move.
Turning to Jesus and repenting is about the best advice given on this entire thread. Nobody is guaranteed tomorrow and your eternal destiny hangs in the balance. The devil loves to play the showcase showdown with peoples lives and everybody always goes bust when they play that game.
I prefer the term 'transvaxite'.
Put together some links to articles showing the death rate in the USA and in europe and the millions crippled by the vaccines.
Tell them you will not risk death or being crippled. My family history show heart issues and I would never take a unproven vaccine which is known to damage your heart as people who are vaccinated are still testing positive for the chinese virus. The tests are wrong more times then right and are not to be trusted.
Over 40% of the deaths were from 5 democrat governors who forced infected people into nursing homes!
Masks do not block viruses. 1,000 times smaller then the weave of face masks.
CDC report that shows that only 6 percent of reported COVID deaths were people who died of COVID alone.
Something I couldn’t fathom involved their shoving one of those long swabbing sticks so far up my nose I thought they were performing brain surgery, they got a negative Covid response. But the attending physician declared that they get 30% false negatives, and so he was sending me to the Covid isolation unit. A day later, they conducted a second swab. When that also proved negative, the doctor sent me back into the general population.
I was happy to be out of the notorious Covid prison, but it seemed illogical to me. I mean, if 30% of the tests are false negatives, it’s hardly meaningful that I passed two times in a row. They could both be wrong. But for once, I refrained from arguing my case.
Speaking of Covid, I actually lost count of the times that doctors and nurses asked me if I’d been vaccinated. None of them expressed contempt or even disappointment when I confessed to being a holdout. It was more in the nature of a poll. I began to wonder if there was a hospital pool, and began to expect a janitor to pop his head in my room and ask me if I’d been vaccinated. And when I’d say, “No, I haven’t,” I pictured him giving me a big thumbs-up and announcing he had 51% No in the custodian pool.

Say you got it.
Good point. Self identify as a vaccinated person. And you aren’t really lying if they don’t ask which vaccine. And if they say they will consider you unvaccinated and punish you take them to court for misgendering you and declare yourself a trans. Companies set up the ridiculous rules, people (white men especially) need to play by them.
