First, I’d ignore the loud mouths who behind their keyboard tell you to quit, essentially in a blaze of glory. Unless they are willing to pay your bills for doing such a thing, ignore them.
If you are considering the vaccine, you may want to inform them that you are waiting for Novavax, if that is something you would consider. I believe that is one valid reason to not get vaccinated at this time.
I would talk with an attorney and see what they have to say in the matter. Additionally, talk to your doctor and get his viewpoints.
George Carlin had a bit where he said basically that that the extent to which someone is a (particular type of orifice) is directly proportional to how far away they are from you.
That applies here, in a different context, but with the same result.
