For about 4 months now I've been taking: 500 mg Quercetin daily ( supplement for HCQ) 50 mg Zinc Daily 5000 iu D3 daily 1000 mg C. 2x daily 600 mg N-A-C for immunity lung and liver support 100 mg K-2 (gets the D3 into the cells)

One definite thing that Ive noticed is how clear my lungs are and I'm wondering if any others notice the same? If you've been on this regimen, please let us all know how its working for you. Thank you.

I immediately started taking a D3 and K2 capsule twice per day. Not that I can prove its efficacy but I have had no issues with Covid or any flu symptoms.
We take Queircetin,D3,Zinc,K2,tumeric,and B complex everyday. So far not a sniffle.
Took for a couple of months. No change felt good or bad.
Stopped because I don’t like taking pills.
I’ve been on the same regimen (added NAC) since April. No issues. Lots of possible exposures, but not even a sniffle.
- Consider increasing your quercetin dosage
- get online and order hydroxychloroquine and azythromycin as a back up plan B in case you get sick. You’ve already got the zinc. Insulinhub dot com or speakwithanmd dot com

Please consult a doctor you trust about the potential negative effects of taking that much Zinc for such a long period of time.
It is possible for a human to do harm by drinking too much water.
The same is true with Zinc.
I would think adding aspirin to the above (assuming you don’t have bleeding or intestinal issues) would be a good idea.
I’m not talking about a baby one, either. The real thing.
There is a real clotting problem aspect to COVID, as well. (See generally, “COVID toe”.) Aspirin may be useful for that.
How do you order Hydroxychloroquine and Zee-pac? I thought you need a prescription....
That much zinc gets he sick to my stomach. I thought I was imagining things but I looked up side effects and that’s one listed. Avoid it on an empty stomach.
Like .someone else said, you may want to lower your zinc....50 is daily max , and you are likely getting in food, and a multi, if you also take
I’ve been doing 250mg Advanced Quercetin daily and zinc 50mg EOD. And a good multi-vitamin.
Too much zinc and you will need chelation therapy. Zinc can cause a fair amount of damage if taken long term.
Nothing unusual as we are into winter months and I work outside.
Quercetin is a mast cell stabilizer.
My dr recommended it for me so that very well could explain the clearer lungs.
It works great for allergies and for people with mast cell disorders, until and unless you become sensitized to it. (grrrr)
No time to answer in depthg now, but quercetin + C + zinc gluconate + D3 is working well, no sickness. More later.
Wife got China Virus about 3 1/2 weeks ago, and she is diabetic and overweight (though she lost about 25 pounds in the last 4 or so months).
We have been on multiple-vitamins for a while, and I have made sure that her intake of D3 was fairly high (5,000IU/day) during most of the time since March.
When she started with symptoms, especially loss of smell and taste, I started her on 10,000-20,000 IU of D3, 50 mg of zinc (after a meal, trust me you don’t want zinc on an empty stomach) plus Quercetin and green tea (both being zinc ionophores) and a top notch multi-vitamin daily. She was done with all symptoms except the smell and taste problems in about 10 days, and those are well on the way back to normal. The only after effect is that she becomes tired more easily, but now that’s about done. NEVER a single breathing problem.
I attribute her quick recovery to the zinc getting into her cells quickly after the onset of symptoms, to vastly slow the replication of the disease. Less disease not only meant a quicker recovery, but far less chance of a cytokine storm (she never had it) - that’s what causes the breathing problems, other serious issues and death.

Daily walks in the sun is also a good thing.

Hubby and I are taking most of these you mentioned minus the K, half the NAC, but I added time release melatonin for me. Also added turmeric/ curcumin to the regimen. We take eye vitamins and NAC with breakfast, as we noticed a lot of uptick in weird dreams when we took the NAC in the evening. We take the zinc, quercetin, D3, C, and a multi vitamin with dinner.
We haven’t had any problems with colds or such at all. Not that we do get colds very often. We hardly ever do. In general I would say I feel better in my lungs than before, my energy level is up, but it’s also not significant.
I am a fitful sleeper and always have been. The NAC in the evening (at first) knocked me into a new realm of having the most bizarre dreams on a nightly basis instead of once in a while. So that’s why the change to earlier in the day. The melatonin is helping me get a full night of sleep without waking up, thank goodness!
