    For about 4 months now I've been taking: 500 mg Quercetin daily ( supplement for HCQ) 50 mg Zinc Daily 5000 iu D3 daily 1000 mg C. 2x daily 600 mg N-A-C for immunity lung and liver support 100 mg K-2 (gets the D3 into the cells) That was recommended from this thread:http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/news/3870910/posts?page=1One definite thing that Ive noticed is how clear my lungs are and I'm wondering if any others notice the same?     A few Quesitons about Quercitin if anyone knows the answer 1: Does a person have to take it (Along with Zinc of course) regularly to get protection? 2: Can a person take it like say in the morning before they have to go to hospital, or to health center, or to store where there are apt to be a lot of folks and be protected for that day? (And maybe take it several days after to be sure? thinking of high risk folks with health conditions) 3: The reason for the questions is because someone has kidney damage, and apparently...
