Back in March I read some historical data (on FR) related to mega doses of vitamin D being very effective as a preventative for flu viruses.
I immediately started taking a D3 and K2 capsule twice per day. Not that I can prove its efficacy but I have had no issues with Covid or any flu symptoms.
