A recent study published in the journal Nature Medicine reported that eating cheese specifically the aged kind containing the compound spermidine, as found in blue cheese was linked to a longer life in mammals when tested on mice.
The mice do not only live longer when we supplement spermidine to the drinking water, but they are also healthier in terms of cardiac function, Frank Madeo, co-author of the study and a professor at the University of Graz in Austria, told Medical Daily.

And to this day, despite proof that whole milk is much better for children than skim milk, you still can't find whole milk offered in most school cafeterias.
The false claims of so-called dietary experts (and a certain meddling First Lady) are partly to blame for the epidemic of obesity amongst children today.

The “blue stuff” found in blue cheese is near the same blue mold/fungi that was originally found on rotting oranges... by a biochemist looking for (and finding it!) penicillin.

I eat a lot of cheese. Other than a cracked rib and tail bone, I’ve experienced multiple injuries without incidence.
The Danish Blu Cheese is especially creamy and should be served room temperature
