I have lost 12 pounds in past two weeks with the Free Republic Weight Loss Plan.
Plan:
I wake up in the morning, have a cup of coffee, start up the laptop, read and respond to e-mail, visit John, get dressed, put on running shoes and sweats.
Click Favorites Latest Articles read first 5 articles .run out of house screaming run until I collapse crawl back home shower take a nap.
Wake up and fix huge lunch. Eat all I want of CHEESE, bacon, potatoes etc .
Take laptop to John hit F5 refresh post read first 5 articles Barf up lunch...take shower take nap.
Wake up and fix huge supper Before eating supper hit F5 refresh read first 5 articles Too sick of stomach to eat put supper in refrigerator for tomorrows lunch. Take another shower and go to bed. Toss and turn all night with nightmares
Wake up and repeat.

Maybe cuz I do that too at least a few times a week here.

The better question is “What is John?” I spend so much time talking to “John” I guess I have personalized that porcelain fixture too much.
