So writes Sarah Herlihey in 2006, an associate attorney specializing in litigation at the Chicago law firm Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Kirkland law partner Bruce I. Ettelson was a “Former Member of finance committees of U.S. Senator Barack Obama.” Floating the idea of "repealing" (which cannot be done) the natural born citizenship requirement, she "acts stupidly" in insisting that it's "racist" to not consider an alien for the presidential slot.

Obviously premeditated and they know he’s ineligible. I wonder just “how” ineligible. Probably really serioulsy ineligible, if they want “aliens” to be President.

No. In fact, H*LL NO! Look where having a non-natural born citizen as President has gotten us! Fear that he’ll have to prove it is the only thing that will keep obama from running a second time. He’s already floated the idea of his being a one-term President. Well, not only does he have zero chance of being re-elected due to his performance to date... He knows he would have to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt his eligibility to even get on the ballot in many states. He is spending millions to hide his past via legal channels. There’s no way he’ll run again. He’ll make some grandiose excuse about sacrificing his career etc. for his ideals. BS. He just doesn’t want to go to prison for fraud on an unprecedented scale.

I believe the penalty for treason is still hanging.
Changing it now doesn’t matter, ex post facto and all of that. It was illegal when the One took office, even if they change the constitution, it was still illegal when he took office - can’t change that inconvenient fact.
