"The natural born citizenship requirement in Article II of the United States Constitution, has been called "the stupidest provision" in the Constitution...
So writes Sarah Herlihey in 2006, an associate attorney specializing in litigation at the Chicago law firm Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Kirkland law partner Bruce I. Ettelson was a Former Member of finance committees of U.S. Senator Barack Obama. Floating the idea of "repealing" (which cannot be done) the natural born citizenship requirement, she "acts stupidly" in insisting that it's "racist" to not consider an alien for the presidential slot.
oh boy, I’m shocked
Now don’t tell me that camp Obama didn’t know, they just decided, as with Obamacare, “damn the torpedos full steam ahead” and to HELL with the American people and American LAW.
They knew back then he was not qualified!
The commie piggies are calling my Constitution “racist?”
You are right on target. What a rape of the American people.
Repealing the citizenship rule is much cheaper than spending $120 million in lawyers fees keeping Dumbo’s transcripts and “birth certificate” under lock and key.
A law firm that doesn’t know the constitution ?
Ah, why bother “repealing” a Constitutional requirement when ignoring it works better? /s I’m surprised if the Kenyan-born “one” ever worried about this even a little bit. Audacity seems to be working for him.
The list, ping
the description was for Sarah...!
SMELLS ROTTEN
This is an admission that Obozo is not a natural born citizen.
laws, rules, etc, are all optional to lefties. They break the law and change it before they are held accountable.
This needs to go VIRAL! ASAP!
It never ceases to amaze me how stupid these people really think Americans are.
“This needs to go VIRAL! ASAP!”
Hell, I read about this in the middle of last year and folks are just finding out about it!
They all knew he was ineligible long before he ran for POTUS or even entered the US Senate.
"... my God, do I really have to say it...?"
This bunch of losers has less chance of pushing through a constitutional amendment as I have of winning the lottery!
“This bunch of losers has less chance of pushing through a constitutional amendment as I have of winning the lottery!”
Yes, they knew that, and so they just ignored the whole damn thing.
May they fry in hell.
