I have it on impeccable authority but cannot disclose my source within the Fox Network. Rest assured that Roger Ailes and Rupert Murdock are sitting on the Obama eligibility/birth certficate story. Everyone else wants to jump all over it, including Sean Hannity.
I say storm the Ailes/Murdock fax machine/email servers--let them know (politely) we need this issue thoroughly.
Maybe someone has the email/fax numbers?
It could be that the PTBs just consider it just another conspiracy theory like 9/11 truthers (not saying it is, just their mindset). It has hit some news, just doesn’t give a lot of attention. Even this week I saw a five second blurb on Fox mentioning the suit, but not the hour upon hour they give some lost kid de’jour.
I disagree, he is not eligible, therefore he not the POTUS and the election becomes void. Impeachment is not even necessary.
Obama is as phony as those Kennedy dollars with his picture pasted on them.
But I would ultimately agree with your point that the Constitution must be upheld at all costs, but it appears Murdoch and the Democratic Party (suprise!) has a backbone to uphold the Constitution over their company or party principles.
If that is indeed true, then we are all in big trouble, for the power has passed away from the people.
Not if SCOTUS simply throws out the election results. He was never eligible for the Office he was running for.

The only way to change that is for the House to impeach him (snowballs in hell stand a better chance of survival), and the Senate to try him.
If the Senate concludes, like many people believe, he indeed is NOT a natural born citizen, THEN, and only then, regrettable, could he be removed from the office he is currently disgracing.
That would be upholding the Constitution, as the framers' intended it.
I just wish enough elected official had the backbone to put Constitution over party. They don't.

The other thinking on this is since Obama is an Usurper, he never really was a legitimate president under the Constitutional making every action under the Obama administration invalid.
The Supreme Court could find Obama an Usurper, making him only a figure head without power of the office if Obama choose not to step down, To remove him then the final push would be most likely be impeachment and conviction.
The chief justice of the SCOTUS is involved, as the presiding officer, in an impeachment trial, anyways.
If the SCOTUS were to review this, I'd bet they'd refer the issue to the Congress to investigate anyway.
Unfortunately, it'd die a quick death with the current makeup.

Free Republic used to be based on facts and the Constitution, but now there is a significant segment that is based upon tin foil conspiracy theories and “violating the constitution in order to save it”...
If Congress choose that route, they would befell a quick death in 2010. The drumbeat to remove Obama would be overwhelming. Congressional rats vs. Obama presidentency?

I have to give you credit, I haven't gotten that far yet without hurling chunks.
But as a usurper, he committed fraud along with the other enablers who no doubt number many, just seems to me he never was POTUS even though he was installed by an unknowing electorate.
I dunno, should would be interesting to watch though, not to mention a God send.

The game is not providing evidence, the game is providing innuendo. Put Obama on the defensive. We don't have to prove anything to do that, we just have to put the question out there.
That's the Democrat playbook. That's the MSM playbook. That should be our playbook, too.
Proof comes later. Accusations and innuendos come now. Don't hold up on spreading the perceptions because you're not sure you can seal the deal with proof.
Taint Obama's legitimacy with the appearance of irregularity. Smoke him out. Let him either show the proof or continue to live under the cloud of suspicion, but either way, don't hold back.
You know they wouldn't if the roles were reversed.

I know people will say he hired Beck, but Beck often goes so far around the bend that he makes conservatives look like survivalists. While Beck may play to his own audience he's not going to attract many others. He is entertaining and that will make Rupert happy. Also Murdoch has many cross media connections in places like NYC and Boston. He doesn't want Obama's FCC Nazis coming after him.
