My floors may never be anywhere near clean again. Between Louie/Max wetting and Marissa putting stuff there for him to eat, I've almost given up.

Probably mutual. Call it a draw. When I was 2 I had a mut named Shakespeare. We were close. He was my constant companion. He went where I went and would go get Mom when I decided to take a nap in the woods. I called him Snakesnear.
He got hit by a car when I was 5. I was the only person who wasn't crying. I think it was because he wasn't dead to me in my mind. I still remember him draging me around the yar on a blanket and wrestling with me and letting me win.
We spoke the same language.
