Rainbows only last as long as sunshine and water droplets.
But stars are born, and live, and die.
Water molecules may stick around for many billions or trillions of years,
And light of other suns will make rainbows, for as long as light shines.
And if the Universe should slowly sink into that cold,
emptiness of entropy and darkness,
The physics that makes rainbows will still rule.
Now that’s Promising!

Howdy ! Got back from Shreveport-Bossier City about an hour ago. When the bus pulled into "BoomTown" in Bossier City, I went inside and my wife was there waiting for me. I thought I would have to call them, but they knew what time the bus should arrive and headed me off at the pass, lol !
We're heading out for pizza in a few minutes.
