Gosh, I don't know. They seemed perfectly well-behaved and friendly when they knocked on the door. I didn't think they even had any pockets to keep pillow-mints in.
Who knows about prairie dogs, anyway? I sure hope they are not part of some underground society. ... ... Hey!! Wait a minute ...

Being that one of the subjects has been poop, I thought it would be appropriate to mention this thought...
In Africa, meandering elephants consume a LOT of food, and as expected, also produce a lot of "Used Food." Within minutes of such production, special insects called dung beetles arrive to, um, "harvest" this source of rich insectoid nutrition. Evidently, it may be used, but it isn't used up.
Hours, sometimes days, later, there is hardly a trace of the original offering.
I was wondering, with the elephant being the mascot of the Republican party, whether something similar occured when the Democrat's spokes-critter produces another load of crap, and then I remembered...
... Democrats are followed around by THE PRESS!!!
