LOL, LOL, LOL!
What the?
3 days, 7 nights!?! Are we drinking too much tequila to handle 5 of those days?
Good afternoon!
Mama Bear you did some yummy graphics, and C.G and Bob, y'all three have made me feel welcomed here today! Thank you for the cute poems!
LOL!
My imagination is working, I can see that! (those!)
HI PAL!!!!!!! Guess who's not 'working' this afternoon? WooHoo!!! FRee time to FReep, soon as I do laundry, and vacuum, and clean the bathroom, and make the bed, and feed the critters, and kill dust bunnies, and mop the kitchen floor, and unload the dishwasher, and go to the post office, and... and... and... Oh well, it beats working at the office!!!! hahahahaha
So good to see you today! How bave you been?
A New York boy was being led through the swamps of Louisiana by his cousin.
"Is it true that an alligator won't attack you if you carry a flashlight?"
The cousin smirked and replied, "Depends on how fast ya carry the flashlight."
Now, where's my tip??? ;-)Buy eBay stock ! :^)
Here ya go ! .....
Prologue:
Charlie Brown walks out carrying Snoopys dinner.
Dinner? Now?! I have to fly my Sopwith Camel! This is war! cried the dog.
He jumped up on his Sopwith Camel, where his doghouse previously stood.
Why cant I have a normal dog like everyone else? Charlie Brown asked himself.
About an hour later, a smoking Sopwith Camel flew into the aerodrome.
As the fighter pilot-dog climbed out, the mechanic shouted: What on earth did you do to it?
But Colonel Mustard intervened.
Very well done, said Colonel Mustard to the fighter pilot-dog. But I am a little disappointed.
Why? asked Snoopy.
This is the third Sopwith Camel youve lost in the war.
I qualify as a flying ace. Dont we lose a few planes?
But youve only been in two battles.
Thank you, Rus!
Do delivery men get tips? Thank you for delivering today's message.
Have a fantastic Friday
I must be part Turk, I like my coffee black and sweet. Too strong? Nahhhhh
The Vertical Stabilizer looked wrong for a Kitfox. Easy
Raider, at the other angles it appears to be a single seater. I reviewed 500 + kits before I built my Aventura II.
My next project will be all metal with folding wing. I am leaning hard toward a Zenith CH701 STOL. Ugly little plane but is ideal for short field low altitude flying, which is the way I like it.
By chance, are you anywhere near the Rhinebeck (NY) Aerodrome?
Not unless they move it closer to Alabama. But I have been there. Lots of neat WWI aircraft and replicas.
In case viewers were wondering, this is not the Sopwith Camel...
Is that an Albatross in the lower left smoking.
Hi Jen
Happy Waitstaff Day.
Hope you get lots of tips today.
Have a great Waintstaff Day and a very happy week-end.
Incidentally, I'm rethinking whether the first photos above were, indeed, the Sopwith Camel. What's you think?
I thought you were kidding. Yes it is a Camel. The Hump (Camel) that hides the back half of the twin Vickers machine guns is the distinct characteristic. The Sopwith Pup doesn't have the hump and the muzzles are farther back from the prop on the Pup.
And yes that is an Albatross built by Fokker. The Red Baron scored most of his kills in an Albatross.
Is this a test?
Ooops, sorry, I was at lunch, then did some work (but not as much as YOU!)
We have kitties at out house, lots and lots of kitties. Hubby decided to adopt a neighborhood cat recently abandon. He was at another neighbor's house who had the kitty in their tree for a few days. It was raining so their 2-3 yr old son prayed and the little girly walked into their kitchen and sat under the table. Hubby brought her home, but was told by the wicked wife that he could not bring her in the house till she was de-flea-ed, de-wormed, etc. Meanwhile the little girly starts eating a lot and getting 'fat'. Yep, there are 4 orange babies, an orange Mama, and one dark baby living in our bathroom! And now there is no putting off scooping (poop) litter boxes! They still don't have their eyes open and can not walk. They barely drag their little bodies from the floor, where they get knocked by the mama, back to the pad they are sleeping on.
Drove in a traffic jam last night for 1 hour and about 45 minutes to get to 2nd job. They're doing construction on the highway and had an accident with a semi and 5-6 cars when one car tried to merge yesterday around noon. The truck cab caught fire, but didn't lose any of his chemical load, and no one was killed. The alternate route was, of course, packed. Usually takes me about 20 to 25 minutes of highway driving to get to 2nd job during summer (more during non-summer hours at f.t job).
I am "torturing" myself again with flower gardening. Trying to keep myself from planting in the yard and confining planting in pots only. But really have no time for either. Almost bought calalilies, but have never grown them before so did not want to spend that much on an experiment (especially with little time to spend on it). Some pots still empty (or not completely filled), still shopping for more flowers!
Hope you have some energy and time left to enjoy the day!
(T'wit, I'm imagining that you're starting to look like a doughnut, without the hole.)
What are you sanding and painting?
Can we watch/supervise?
