Onaka said he has had many calls asking him to confirm Obama's birth certificate, but he cannot disclose such information: "Only Obama can consent to that."

Send more cases to SCOTUS with military plaintiffs. Send 3 a month. Active, reserve and retired. Let SCOTUS tell them they have no standing or denied.

After about the 8th case - we make sure everything knows in the military that their oath to the (faux) Constitution is a fraud.

They should have said, "Thank you for your inquiry. Hawaii State law protects the birth records of all individuals whose birth records are registered in our state under all circumstances."

This would include those born there and those who were not born there.

What cases exactly are Military types allowed to bring before the SCOTUS?

If you are a serving member of the military you cannot sue the government, you are actually prevented from doing so by law.

So what kind of case are they making?

I knew that, maybe they were embarassed by an incident in which a man assumed a dead man’s identity and managed to avoid capture for 8 years while living in HI! I ran across the story posted at “The Star-Bulletin” website during one of my searches and read it. The story detailed how a man on disability died in CA and another man assumed his identity even convincing the SS offices that claims of his death were greatly exaggerated! He moved to HI and avoided detection for 8 years before he was caught, charged and sentenced. His undoing came from his “hobby” or part time job as a gemologist, which led to the discovery of his past.
When I read the comments at “The Star Bulletin” and how some of the “mistakes” dealt with race I wondered whether he was adopted or the paperwork was changed when his father visited in 1971. Unfortunately the term African American didn’t become commonly used until the 1980’s, in the 1970’s the term used was black. One more theory bites the dust as far as “African” listed as race on the C.O.L.B.

Another problem with the argument of Clinton not raising this is the fact that she withdrew June 8th and Jr “released” the C.O.L.B. on June 12th to Daily Kos.

They are asking for a ruling as to Obamas Citizenship.

If he is not qualified as they believe:

1. Should they refuse his orders and be faithful to the constitution, and be arrested.

2. Should they follow his orders and be disloyal to the constitution, and be arrested.

3. They have a right to know if he is constitutionally qualified, and no court has ruled as of today. They refuse to look at the records that Obama has hidden from everyone.
Such as his passports from his college years, his adoption records, college admittance forms, birth certificate, etc. etc.

I’ve also sent that page to large numbers of people: Mickey Kaus, Eugene Volokh, Matt Welch, etc. etc. None of them have done anything.

Two things that aren’t on that page are that I tried to get the Dean of the U. HI law school to weigh in, and he didn’t want to say anything then hung up. And, I asked FactCheck to print a correction and confirmed they received my message, and then never heard back.

If anyone wants any movement on this issue:

1. Help push what’s on that page above, and only that. Don’t speculate.

2. Find a legal scholar to weigh in.

Perhaps you may want to include this as well. It is a copy of an email Rep Abercrombie sent to someone questioning Jr’s NBC. If he personally knew both Obama Sr and Ann why doesn’t he say I know Jr was born in HI instead of putting the onus on the state of HI and twisting their words?

Today, the nation is preparing for a new Administration and a new spirit of working together to solve some very serious problems. I think that we should all take great pride that a son of Hawaii, someone who lives and understands the Aloha Spirit, is about to become the President of the United States.
