Jay McKinnon, a self-described Department of Homeland Security-trained document specialist, has implicated himself in the production of fraudulent Hawaii birth certificate images similar to the one endorsed as genuine by the Barack Obama campaign, and appearing on the same blog entry where the supposedly authentic document appears.
The evidence of forgery and manipulation of images of official documents, triggered by Israel Insider's revelation of the collection of Hawaii birth certificate images on the Photobucket site and the detective work of independent investigative journalists and imaging professionals in the three weeks since the publication of the images, implicate the Daily Kos, an extreme left blog site, and the Obama campaign, in misleading the public with official-looking but manipulated document images of doubtful provenance.
The perceived unreliability of the image has provoked petitions and widespread demands for Obama to submit for objective inspection the paper versions of the "birth certificate" he claimed in his book Dreams from My Father was in his possession, as well as the paper version of the Certificate of Live Birth for which the image on the Daily Kos and the Obama "Fight the Smears" website was supposedly generated.
Without a valid birth certificate, Obama cannot prove he fulfills the "natural born citizen" requirement of the Constitution, throwing into doubt his eligibility to run for President.
McKinnon, who says he is 25-30 years old, operates a website called OpenDNA.com and uses the OpenDNA screen name on various web sites and blogs, including his comments and diary on The Daily Kos. In recent years he has divided his time between Long Beach, California and Vancouver, British Columbia. He is a Democratic political activist, frequent contributor to the left wing Daily Kos blog, and a fervent Barack Obama supporter.

which is only significant if the birth announcement was placed in the paper at the time he was born in Hawaii (you might remember this subject is still under debate)and NOT after many years...replacing an announcement of someone else's child (or twins) Even for all your past comments that a substitution isn't possible, I still believe it is. Until I hear from someone who has seen the original material, that's what I think happened. I wonder if the orginal record still exists or if it has been destroyed by now?
Coincidence that the wife (Eleanor Nordyke) pops up and says she gave birth to twins on the same day in the same hospital, then the birth announcement shows the same street address as her husband's clinic? And the twins birth was never announced at all?
My position, (until someone proves otherwise) is that the birth announcement is as bogus as the certificate of live birth on fightthesmears.
I’m in agreement with you Mr. Nerks. The Chief’s theory was that Grandma placed the article to save face and give respectability to her daughter’s condition. Now that we face an assortment of photoshopped pics and documents, it is more likely that the announcements are fake too.
Mr. & Mrs. blah blah blah would lend no decency to her daughter since her daughter’s name is not mentioned in the announcement. Since no one seems to have seen or know the Dunham daughter was pregnant, what shred of cover or decency would an Obama announcement provide for Stanley Ann?
Besides, Madelyn would have made a wiser choice on the address. She would have chosen a rental home near the University of Hawaii, not the priciest spot on the island owned by the college professor. She had record access to property titles through the bank. If Madelyn had planted the announcement in 1961 to impress the Dunham friends, it coulld have led to a huge embarassment. Can you imagine friends of the Dunhams stopping by to visit the new baby and knocking on the Leffredge’ door? Or mailing newborn baby gifts and sending flowers for Stanley to a wrong address?
This was planted long after 1961. Likely, at the time of one of the book writings, the run for Congress, or the run for the Senate.
...The Chiefs theory was that Grandma placed the article to save face and give respectability to her daughters condition...
Unfortunately, often repeated, that theory ultimately became a hindrance to further investigation.

Maybe at the same time as the date stamp of 6 June 2007 on the rear of the 'certification of live birth'.
Mr. & Mrs. blah blah blah would lend no decency to her daughter since her daughters name is not mentioned in the announcement.
Excellent observation. No one on the island remembers the 'wedding' - the birth of the child, and no one ever saw 'Mr & Mrs Obama' together with a baby. The entire 'family story' comes from Dreams From My Father...which the forged documentation attempts to follow.
Did you count the number of “OTHER” and “NOT LISTED?”
In other words, sometime in June 2008 before the 12th of the month.
And the third point: Since the announcement was allegedly placed for 6085 Kaliananole Highway, there should be other links that connect their stay at that address. There is no documentation or collaborating evidence that they ever lived at that address or were associated with that home.
Does that June date coincide with the death of the elderly Lefforge survivor that was the real occupant of the home.? Isnt this kind of similiar to the posthumous publishing of the interview of the Soetoros Indonesian landlord. Dead men can’t refute or confirm the facts.

Orland Scott Lefforge was a Professor at UH at Manoa(Dept of Speech) before becoming an assistant to Sen Inouye in 1967. After that he wrote a paper about In service Training as an Instrument of Change.(1971) He was also an administrator in the UH Community College office, and a member of the Osher Institute. He died July 4,2007 at the age of 91. His wife/companion Thelma Jones Lefforge Young died June 12, 2008.
“Not a shred of evidence links the Dunhams or Obamas to Kalanianaole Hwy. Kalanianaole only surfaced in connection with the Obamas in July 2008. I dont think a commemorative plaque on the old homestead will be nailed up anytime soon.”

“Sometime in June 2008 before the 12th of the month...”
To coincide with the ‘certificate of live birth’ making it’s appearance? ANOTHER coincidence...
A Virginia congressman, very quietly, has signed onto a measure in Congress that would require presidential candidates to verify their eligibility to hold the highest elected office in the United States.
WorldNewsDaily earlier reported when freshman Rep. Bill Posey, R-Fla., filed H.R. 1503, an amendment to the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971.
According to the Library of Congress' bill-tracking website, H.R. 1503 would "require the principal campaign committee of a candidate for election to the office of president to include with the committee's statement of organization a copy of the candidate's birth certificate, together with such other documentation as may be necessary to establish that the candidate meets the qualifications for eligibility to the Office of President under the Constitution."
The plan has been referred to the House committee on House administration, where it has remained.
Now, Virginia Republican Bob Goodlatte has signed on as a co-sponsor, putting a notice on his website that it's one of the efforts in which he's joining.
Including “mixed”. They use abbreviations, but not African. Also, immigration statistics.
They do not use countries or continents on birth certificates as racial identifiers. The only exception I could find to this is Asian.
Sorry, but you're wrong. Hawaii follows the same rules as does the US Census who have used "South American," and "Central American" as race classiiers.
Look it up.
LOL! The King lives!
I wasn’t necessarily tying the date of the release of the Certificate with the June 12, 2008 date. I was trying to see how the sudden discovery of the birth announcement coincides with the death of the legitimate owner (witness) of the home that was alleged to be the first home of Der Fueher. So in other words, the recent death announcement of the 1961 resident triggers the announcement, since now it is presumed to be a “safe address” to utilize as home plate.
When were the birth announcements ‘discovered?’
Well Glory-Bee!
How does July 22, 2008 sound as the birth announcement ‘discovery date.’
Ten days from Lefforge’s death is plenty of time to cut, typeset, & paste a new record! From what I’ve read, the announcements were scanned and emailed by the librarian in Hawaii to a blogger named Lori and then to the TD blog.
Unfortunately, they should have put more time into researching a safer and more practical address. Whomever suggests that CIA is behind this has got to be joking. No one at the agency would have been so stupid as to have chosen an address that is easily traced to a family occuping the home. Nor would they have selected a property grossly beyond the means of the supposed occupants. They would have safely chosen Bear-icks or the Dunham’s address. This birth announcement was done by someone wishing to uplift the early status of their beloved leader by selecting a pricy address and not doing their homework.
In 1961 the Dunhams lived on Kamehameha Avenue while Obama Sr lived on 11th Avenue. The Lefforge family, including their 3 children under the age of seven were residing at the luxury home listed on Obama’s newly found birth announcement - 6085 Kalanianaole Highway.
It is highly improbable that the Lefforges would move an African 25 year old male and his pregnant teenage girlfriend into their home. Why would anyone want unemployed college students and a newborn baby living in their family home with their own three young children?
And since the Mr. Lefforge died 10 days prior to the appearance of the ‘birth announcement’ that listed his address, we can’t ask him. But we do know that the next door neighbors testify that Obama, his mama, and his ‘papa’ never lived there. What a tangled web of lies...
Correction, it was Mrs. Lefforge (not Mister) that passed away June 12, 2008. Forty days later, her address was found to be used as the first home of TOTUS.

“...the clipping comes from the archives at the State Library in Honolulu. Its on microfiche, and anyone who lives in Hawaii could go there and pull it themselves. Interestingly, I was the first person to request that search...

“...What you know is that Texas Darlin has received an email forwarded from the Hawaii State Library that is a a clipping from the Honolulu Advertisers Sunday August 13th, 1961 edition that proves the Department of Vital Records provided a list of births for the previous week that included Barack Obama thats what you know.
Youre not taking my word for it. Youre taking TDs word for it. I have given her the name and number of the librarian I spoke with and she has the forwarded email. You, yourself, are free to call either Vital Records or the Honolulu Advertiser and ask questions about how birth certificates and birth announcements were handled in 1961...”
(Searching for the origin of the ‘birth announcement’ - seems that ‘Lori’ maintains there is an original on microfiche...but the announcement itself was received by E-MAIL!)
