Jay McKinnon, a self-described Department of Homeland Security-trained document specialist, has implicated himself in the production of fraudulent Hawaii birth certificate images similar to the one endorsed as genuine by the Barack Obama campaign, and appearing on the same blog entry where the supposedly authentic document appears.
The evidence of forgery and manipulation of images of official documents, triggered by Israel Insider's revelation of the collection of Hawaii birth certificate images on the Photobucket site and the detective work of independent investigative journalists and imaging professionals in the three weeks since the publication of the images, implicate the Daily Kos, an extreme left blog site, and the Obama campaign, in misleading the public with official-looking but manipulated document images of doubtful provenance.
The perceived unreliability of the image has provoked petitions and widespread demands for Obama to submit for objective inspection the paper versions of the "birth certificate" he claimed in his book Dreams from My Father was in his possession, as well as the paper version of the Certificate of Live Birth for which the image on the Daily Kos and the Obama "Fight the Smears" website was supposedly generated.
Without a valid birth certificate, Obama cannot prove he fulfills the "natural born citizen" requirement of the Constitution, throwing into doubt his eligibility to run for President.
McKinnon, who says he is 25-30 years old, operates a website called OpenDNA.com and uses the OpenDNA screen name on various web sites and blogs, including his comments and diary on The Daily Kos. In recent years he has divided his time between Long Beach, California and Vancouver, British Columbia. He is a Democratic political activist, frequent contributor to the left wing Daily Kos blog, and a fervent Barack Obama supporter.

I'm thinking that even if Obama lost his US citizenship (thru adoption by Lolo Soetero) it's not going to be proven by Nov 4th. The courts are not going to step-in & possibly sway the election on an unproven allegation. We need to win the election on its merits.
There have been US Presidents who were born in territories before they became states. I believe that precedent would hold in the case of Alaska or Hawaii -- can't see why it wouldn't.
Barry Goldwater was born in the Arizona Territory, before it became a state.

I’m pretty sure that’s the only example, which kind of surprises me. I would have thought one of those 19th Century guys would have been born in a territory, but apparently not. East of the Mississippi got made into states pretty quickly, during that time when most presidents came from Virginia (7 of the first 12). Truman was the first president born west of the Mississippi.
But, you're right about all of those 19th Century guys. I would bet that most of the continental territories were populated with a larger percentage of new immigrants than states that had been part of the country for awhile.
Ohio was retro-actively admitted to the Union in 1953 because the formal procedure for admission was not followed back in 1803 when Ohio’s boundaries were “officially recognized”. Several presidents were born in Ohio between 1803 & 1953. I believe that 1 of them was legally challenged due to the technical oversight. Can’t say which.

The number of clueless ignorant uninformed idiots at the college is astounding. Sadly, most are so much in denial and brain dead, no amount of solid evidence will sway them. Thankfully that’s not true for all.
Have an executive summary here but it has to be sent to an e-mail other than Freepmail. If you have an email which can handle 2.7 meg it can be sent along. I have a few other items which have not been posted but they will be posted on the relevant threads. When I started this I felt to understand Jr one had to go back to research his family as well as him. That is why I was able to deduce that the address listed on the published birth announcements was NOT associated with either the Dunhams or Obama Sr. That set off red flags so I just kept on googling. Other links which I found were just as informative and it gives me something to do since I shattered my upper right arm in May. With a laptop I can still google using the touchpad.

I have verified that this person--who agreed to talk on the condition of anonymity--held a key position in the Obama campaign.
